This is a nice working shredder. Only issue is it is too loud.

Sheds papers 12 at a time. Much quieter than my old one.

This is an excellent shredder for home/home office use. It is a moderate duty shredder and I use it for a cumulative of 1-2 hrs per day. The one improvement that I would like to see is a basket that can be removed without lifting the top part. My previous Fellowes had that feature.

I purchased this shreddeer to replace my fellows shredder because the left side of the teath were plugged. I returned the shredder because it didn't meet my standard I shred lots of documents, and cd's and dvds and this didn't do the fine cross cut I was looking for.

This product is very easy to use and the instructions do not require a college education (although I do have a college degree. My husband also thought it was easy to use and the cost of it was quite reasonable. I do wish however that some oil came with the product as we do tend to forget that it needs to be oiled on a regular basis.

My other shredder died so I was in need of a new one. The selection at the local Best Buy was slim pickins so I bought this online for $90 or so. It’s fantastic, loud, and heavy but so far, after a month of usage, it works great!! Hopefully it lasts lol

It works as well as any other shredder I've had, although transporting it from one spot to another, is not as easy as it should be, the lift off handle does not stay stationary for transport, it is only there to be able to empty the bin.

The biggest problem with this shredder is top heavy so much, the plastic handle right side grommet snapped off when lifting off the waste basket. May have been a defective piece of plastic. Plus side Fellows did make good of the defect and replaced it with a new one with a return label.

I had this shredder before and I got something caught in it by mistake. No way I could fix it. My fault and just stupid. Bought the same one again. This is the best shredder ever. Powerful. I would call it heavy duty.

The shredder has worked well so far. Even though it says that you can shred 11 sheets at a time, based on the number of sheets I have shredded at a time and the response, I do not think I would try to shred 11 sheets at the same time. I like the handle to pick up the top piece.
