very hard to set up

Waste of money with poor customer service

Installation was difficult and the directions online were not up to date. I had to send multiple emails to get several additional steps just to get it working. Immediately after I get it working, the video has 1-1.5 second delay and sometimes it freezes completely. The app launch button only works sometimes and the phone constantly asks if I want to connect with the unit even when I’m at home with the car in the garage. FenSens stopped answering my emails after I asked them to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They’re trying to make quick buck with very cheap China product. Don’t waste your money and time and go with another brand

Worst company ever

I bought their backup camera plate and it is incredibly glitchy/laggy. I tried to return it and they insisted on fixing it. Then told me it was past the 30-day return date. They screwed me. Do not buy from them ever. Terrible Product.
