I am a huge fan of the game Final Fantasy VII, and if you like that game, this movie really explores a possible "future" after the game ends....great action.. Also, this movie is one of the basis's for them to re-release a new FF7 game...as the characters will more resemble these in the movie.

If you grew up with FFVII then you know this movie is for you. The graphics and the story line is amazing. Enjoy all your favorite characters from the series plus a few new ones. The story ties it all in with the events after the Shinra explosion.

If you want a great action film that leaves you in suspense then look no further. The movie does well to represent the game that the story is based from. Even the characters were respected properly is what I feel like mentioning.

Great film and the CGI still holds up after all these years however If you hadn't played Final Fantasy VII, or If you're not Into Final Fantasy at all, then you may be feel lost trying to follow the story as Advent Children takes place 2 years after the events of the game.

The movie is visually stunning, with movements all around. However, I mainly recommend this for fans of the video game. If you just want to watch a movie, there are other movies that you could watch that would makes sense in terms of plot. This movie requires a bit of history from the game to fully appreciate it. But if you just want to watch it for the CGI, then definitely watch this movie!

From the moment I saw this film I knew I had to buy a copy of it. My older brother had the DVD copy and so I decided to get the blu-ray just to compare and it turns out that the cgi is incredibly clear and more vibrant than the DVD version. A great film for those who follow the story.

Re bought this to get ready for Final Fantasy VII Remake release. So good, and still beautiful CG. Also for me the digital code was able to still be redeemed, can't guarantee that it will still be for others, but give it a try.

This movie was excellent.If someone wants to know even a bit of final fantasy lore,then this movie is a really good place to start.A Stupendous movie with exceptional animation....This is coming from someone who watched this movie in 2014....so yeah ENJOY!

This is the sequel to the original FF7 game. If you have not played through that game in its entirety you will have a very hard time understanding this movie. There are a lot of great references to the game. The last third of the movie is full of action and very exciting. There are a few very slow (boring) parts throughout the movie but if you are a FF7 fan you'll probably like it.

I love this little fantasy. I even love the bad guys. This is just too cool. Steve Burton provides the voice of Cloud Strife. His voice is perfect for the role. The characters are strong. I loved the graphics so much I made some of them my screen saver (this was awhile back).

Couldn't get enough the first time I saw this movie so now that it's on blu-ray I had to have again,although picture at times is less then perfect thru much of the beginning scenes you can see a difference in that the picture was enhanced for blu-ray just maybe not as much as I would have liked regardless watched the movie all the way thru and will watch again and again.

This is the 4th copy of this movie that I've purchased, from the original Japan import DVD, to the USA DVD, to the original Blu Ray, to this edition, I have all of them. The movie itself is fun if not spectacular, but seeing all the FF7 characters together is incredible!

This movie is for anyone that loves and really is amazed by how great Final Fantasy is. It delivers action and more to the characters everyone grew up with. It is a must buy!!!

You're probably already interested if you've searched for this movie. It really pushed the limits of CG when it came out and it still looks great. It's a great, stylish look at the world of FFVII (better than the cute characters in the original game). A must-have.

I first bought this movie when it came out originally on DVD. The opening was spectacular. CGI was flawless, so when it came out on BLU RAY with the Directors cut version + Digital HD + price drop - there was no way I was not going to buy it. Plus the kids like it

Great movie to re-watch right before the remake of Final Fantasy VII Remake, brings back so many great memories, great action sequence, amazing score and the story was superb. A must watch for those FFVII fans.

Loved this movie when it first came out and still do. I think one of, if not the best, Final Fantasy games. Graphics are incredible, story actually makes sense, and the battle scenes are just pure anime awesome. Plus...Sephiroth. Not much else to say. :)

This is the third time I've purchased this movie. Once on DVD, once on Blu-Ray, and now in 4K. It looks as great as I thought it would in 4K. If you're a FF fan, you'll love it.

I have seen this movie many times and owned it on DVD but watching it on blu ray is the best. The fact that its the complete edition makes it even better with an extended cut of the movie and the special features make this a must own for a Final Fantasy 7 fan.

I have been waiting so long for this to get remade in 4K and I am so happy that it did. My only complaint is that I wish this had come in a steelbook version.
