Played this on the PlayStation 2 and this remastered is a must play. Beautiful graphics and a great battle system.

If you enjoyed the original for the PS2 then this is even better with a job system and trial mode

I didn't get a chance to play this when it was originally released, and after playing it for a few hours it holds up very well and has been a blast to play and dive into! The game and graphic design is unique to this story and the fighting system works well for this type of RPG. I'm happy I picked it up and added it to my collection, and I can see myself putting in many hours into this game!

When I played this game at the age of 13 or so I had no idea what I was doing. I remember bearly beating the game but found it bland. Also hated the main character... Picking this up for $16 I said why not and tried it again. Man I am blown away! I figured the game out and the 2x and 4x mode makes the game waaaaay more fun and grind free! I've also figured out the "main character" is really everyone. Good final fantasy. Better then I remember.

Played this game when it first came out on PS3 but with other releases out didn’t get a chance to finish it. Now that it has been rereleased I picked it up and it’s better than the original.

If you love the older Final Fantasy games from the Playstation 2 era this one is a must play.

I missed the original due to lots going on at college. I was excited to pick this up and it did not disappoint. It's not for everyone as it is a more politically focused story but once it gets going it draws you in. I would recommend this for anyone that has liked Final Fantasy games or the Knights of the Old Republic games as the play style is very similar.
