Echoes by far has the best feel of the current era of fire emblem games. Plays like the originals and has no children making nonsense. Good old srpg feels and a great story with real characters.

Very pleased with the overall pace and style of the game. This fire emblem really draws you in and makes sense with it's much better translation over fire emblem fates which was just a mess.

The art book included with the game is excellent and has great concept art. The game is Fire Emblem, but different from other 3DS games in the series. It is good for fans of the series.

No team battles or social links but great nonetheless it's story is very good and the commanding of both armies is fun the characters are wacky and the voice acting is spot on.

Fire Emblem Echoes is easily the best looking and presented Fire Emblem game on the 3DS so far but what makes it interesting is how it changes the series' established mechanics. This game is a remake/reimagining of Fire Emblem Gaiden which was originally on the Famicom over two decades ago but it doesn't feel stale or outdated. While the game is still about turn based tactical combat on a grid map it also introduces ideas seen in other more traditional RPGs like dungeon crawling. The game is definitely accessible to newcomers and requires no knowledge of previous entries in the franchise.

Perfect balance between gameplay and story and the cut scenes were animated really well to show off the action. Definitely the best Fire Emblem game on the 3ds

Great game! This is a return to the old school time of Fire emblem without the weapon triangle. Great story and great character development!

Game is great with excellent graphics. Book is full of quality artwork. Pins are really nice as well. All in all, good value for the price.

If you've played Fire Emblem before, you'll have fun with this. If you're looking to get into the series, I recommend playing another Fire Emblem game first. This game changes quite a bit of what Fire Emblem is known for, both in gameplay and in story.

Great story, graphics and gameplay. The items in the collectors was worth it since I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan.

Fire Emblem is a great game and everybody know this, but this limited edition has a lot of cool extras and packaging.

I never got the pleasure of playing this game on the NES(Famicom) as it was released only for JP if I'm not mistaken. The game itself is fantastic. Great tactical choices to make, full voiced support logs and cutscenes, great musical score. The mechanic of leading two armies really makes you balance out your teams and choosing which route to progress through first. Post game is my favorite segment of the game as the difficulty sees a steep increase.

the content is rather shallow, just the art book is worth the extra price, but the game is excellent

With many FE games being released recently I was worried I would get burnout with this older remake.Nope. The story is great even if it can be a little chatty sometimes. The battle system is enjoyable with a handful of quality of life changes that help keep the game moving. Experienced players will find it challenging and new players should be able to join in without much trouble.

I started playing the Fire Emblem franchise with Fire Emblem (otherwise known as the 7th installment in Japan). I've been wanting to play the older games and so I'm glad they're porting them to the 3DS and beyond. Shadow Dragon was a little bit of a disappointed but the improvements that Echoes added were great. I hope these changes make it to the next Fire Emblem game.

Having enjoyed Fire Emblem Fates, I was delighted to see this game come out as soon as it did this year. FE Echoes is essentially more of the same strategy RPG goodness which I've grown to love from this series. Add in the fact that this packaging includes a soundtrack, art book, and various other goodies, and I'm more than happy with this particular item.

I love this series from Nintendo and I had to jump on the LE since these things vanish off the shelves in the blink of an eye. They sometimes don't even make it to the shelves with the way pre-orders are devoured in minutes. Perfect for fans of the series or collectors. BestBuy finally shipped it in a well padded box so I got it in mint condition!

More than a video game, this is an experience. I love to buy games that come with a few goodies, especially when they include music and an art book as does this one. It gives you insight into the creative process and that makes the game more enjoyable. I'll skip the review of the game itself as there are many on here and all over the web already.

Came in great condition and everything is of very high quality, the soundtrack and box alone are reason enough to invest in this.
