Love the game and how grinding isn't as much of a thing. Tactics are where it's at. Looking forward to Conquest as well.

I couldn't decide which on to get until the associate helped to fill me in as this is more free moving players like me.

I've come to learn that these games are just epic. I wasn't familiar with the series until I picked up Fire Emblem a year or so ago, and these new games just stay in line with the excellent quality of story and gameplay that will keep you busy for hours upon hours. Highly recommended.

Do you like turn-based strategy games? Can you deal with RPG elements? If so, I would highly recommend picking this up. There are some issues with the characterizations. But overall I found the experience enjoyable. You're allowed to play how you want, setting the difficulty and deciding if you want perma-death or not. I enjoy the options. Overall I just found myself enjoying the game. Worth checking out if you're a fan of the series or want a good entry point.

If you enjoyed Awakening, you owe it to yourself to play one of the best RPGS the 3DS has to offer!

This was my first Fire Emblem game and it was pretty addicting. I bought Birthright instead of the other one because I've heard other people say that it was better for a beginner and that Conquest was more difficult. It wasn't too difficult except for the fact that I was trying to play the whole game without losing any units, which was kind of tough. It's a really fun strategy game and I liked the cutscenes and the big cast of characters for your avatar to bond with.

I love this game. After playing a few classic Fire Emblems and the modern mechanics of Awakening, this series of games perfects the formula. The strategy is intense, especially in the downloadable Conquest campaign, the music is stirring, and the characters and story captivate.
