Fire Emblem Conquest is the 2nd installment on the 3ds. It's very challenging in terms of difficulty compared to Birthright, so I'd recommend this over Birthright if you're looking for a challenge.

If you've never played Fire Emblem, I recommend starting with Birthright first as Conquest may be too hard. But you'll want to play through this storyline as well for the full narrative. Awesome games!

Definitely worth getting all 3 games, so far haven't had any issues with overlap with the Birthright version. Game play style much different from normal Fire Emblem games, definitely more of a challenge.

This is one of the most challenging tactical RPG's that I've every played. It brings the standard Fire Emblem quality but with an increased difficulty that makes progress that much more rewarding.

I have always enjoyed Fire Emblem games. I have been a big fan of SRPGs back in the Shining Force days (wish that would be brought back). Fire Emblem captures that SRPG magic every time around.

Everything about the game is great! I'm thoroughly enjoying gameplay. My only gripe is that I dont want my (discounted) purchase of Birthright to be a digital copy. But that's Nintendo's decision.

Great Game, especially if you're familiar with Fire Emblem. Definitely a challenge if you crank up the difficulty to hard and put it on classic. If your new to Fire Emblem Grab Birthright first.

This game allows you to pick your path in the game by the choices you make. You can also create you character as you want them to look. My son loved this game I got him for his birthday.

Same concept and everything like all fire emblem games except now your character is the main protagonist. Create a character and fight. Make a good stategy and win your way to victory!

Excellent story, great new characters, classes and castle building mechanics. This is the hardest FE in a long while, so be prepared to replay a LOT if you play on hardcore difficulty.

This is the first Fire Emblem game I ever played, and I jumped right in to Lunatic perma-death mode. Bad idea. So I continued on a lesser difficulty and it was a lot of fun.

This game is definitely more challenging than Birthright. You have to be careful with how to play and level up characters. The story is engaging and the characters are fun.
