I originally bought this for my basement but we loved it so much we put it upstairs in the bedroom. Our heat doesn't push well to the upstairs but this heater looks awesome & heats nicely

This mid-sized personal heater is awesome. It was given as a gift and it's recipient was more than pleased with all aspects of it. First of all, this is heavy for a personal heater - no cheap lightweight feel of plastic on this unit! The exterior is made of metal and is a spectacular gloss black in color. The flames are lovely and the "glowing" embers are exceptional. While running, this heater was surprisingly quiet. The heat produced was absolutely sufficient for the user's needs. I feel the Crane Fireplace Space Heater (in awesome gloss black) was both aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally functional! It was nice to finally find something of this caliber in a personal mid-sized space heater. Well done and I would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat!

I love this product!! Straight of the box, plug it in and turn it on to enjoy the ambiance of a beautiful mini fireplace!! Don't let the size full you, it's small but heats up large areas rather quickly! It's safe for pets and kids because the surfaces don't get hot!! The auto shut-off, should it overheat, and it hasn't yet, is a comforting safety feature! You also have the option of no heat, just the fireglow and it's like having a firepit inside your home, cabin, office, etc, minus any smoke!! Well worth the money folks!! Going back to buy another one!

Love the logs burning in the fireplace feature. Smart looking and am pleased I chose the orange color case as it makes the heater look even better. Nice compact size with sufficient heating performance. Appears safe too.

We love this heater. It is like an instant fireplace. We purchased the black frame, because at night it blends right in when placed in front of our wood burning stove (which I can't use because of smoke allergies ;-( It heats our family room nicely as an additional heat source and visually it is very pleasing in winter.

I bought this heater for myself. I wanted something that had realistic flames and was smaller in size. Its a nice little size, and kicks out great amount of heat ( there are 3 settings, "flame only", low and high). Its very nice looking unit ,so looks great in my room.

I've been using this heater for about a month now. It is definitely keeping my bedroom warm enough. I had expected a "log fire" effect, but instead it is more of a "coal fire" effect, just so you know. The heat output is very good, both on the low setting and high setting. I'm hoping it will last!

This heater is not only a great deal for a low price it is also a fine addition to the looks of the room.

This is a great heater for a big room. I use it in my master bedroom and it gets the job done. Looks great as well.

This is perfect too keep only my bedroom warm at night, heats the whole 14 by 20 room in minutes and really gets so warm I need to turn it of before I sleep sometimes. Plus it's economical and cute... my favorite gift to myself in a long time!

Ordered this heater in-store, despite several ordering issues with the person who helped me, the heater is great! We have an unfinished basement and with the recent storms and cold-spells here in the West, this heater has been great. Thinking of getting one for the garage.

My electric bill as been going up with all electric heat in my apartment. This, having the fake fire is just the thing. The fire is unbelievable and gorgeous and wonderful. The heater has 3 steps: low heat, high heat, just the fire and no heat. Well I have it in my living room and aimed to my dining area. I couldn't believe what I was feeling. Heat on my feet in my dining area...heat all over the living room and in my tiny kitchen that was always cold! No heater in there. I had the neighbors come in to see this and feel the heat it throws out. Now they all want one and the price is fantastic. I might get another one for my kids. BUY THIS JEWEL BEFORE THEY ARE GONE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I RECCOMMEND THIS 100%..GET IT TODAY!!

It's a very small unit, but that's good because it will tuck away and not take up much room. It looks very attractive, and the fake fire looks good out of the corner of your eye. Heats up a room really well.

Purchased this for my girlfriend to use at work. She loves it and all her customers say they are going to get one now. Puts out great heat!! I don't think it looks real but everyone else seems too lol.

Item is a little smaller than I thought. Guess I need to double check the size in the description field before purchasing. Does provide some heat to a small area.

It looks really nice with the fire effect. It heats up my small room fine. Don't get it if your planning to put it in the living room or a big bedroom.

This is a great heater for so many reasons. It's light enough for the kids to pick up and move from room to room. It is so much prettier to look at than the tall stove pipe heaters (our daughter used it as a backdrop to take photos of her baby dolls). There are multiple settings and it puts out a lot of heat if you need it to. The family uses this heater almost every day and loves it!
