Vinyl arrived opened and scratched

I didnt realize this was going to be a used copy. The vinyl was opened. The album cover was damaged. Also, the vinyl has deep scratches on it. This album was just released, so I dont understand why I received an opened copy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I honestly don't know how The National keep doing it. F2PoF is yet another fantastic release. The songs, production, musicianship - all top notch. You won't be disappointed.
