Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The app is great, the information collected is really wonderful, there's an online FitBark community, and it doesn't bother my dog to wear it. The device is supposed to be waterproof, but the tab protecting the charge port is substandard and our device almost didn't survive a swim 4 days after purchase. However, the support team was fantastic and the device survived; now we just wrap it in plastic before a swim. No other issues.

Especially when I travel out of town, I can see if she's getting her exercise in my absence. Customer support for this product is the best I have ever seen!
