Inaccurate sleep data

The sleep data was more accurate the first two weeks and then it started giving completely incorrect data. The other aspects of it being a watch was good but I don’t think it is worth it to pay so much for a watch especially that it does not have a tracking option either.

It requires a child's Gmail account, which must "supervised" if they're onder 13. Then when I use the kids Gmail, I get the error" this email cannot be used because it's supervised.". Upon googling and searching their help forum, I learn that it's a common error and not even tech support can help. Given that the kid destroyed the box and it got tossed with the wrapping paper...I guess I'm out the purchase price. Save yourself a headache and money and get a Garmin.

Don't buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made this mistake twice now. The watch does not stay in the band and pops out very easily. Fitbit Ace 2 had the same problem as this one does. My son was simply swimming in the ocean and the watch popped out never to be found again. The Fitbit Ace 2 did the same thing but in the front yard just playing wiffle ball. Avoid! Fitbit does not want to help with the issue either. I'm not the first person with this problem.
