My 10 year old son got this watch for Christmas and hasnt taken it off since. Battery last very long. All his friends like it also. Great for a childs first fitness tracker.

Spent hours trying to set it up-- uninstalled the Fitbit app, re-installed the app, created another Google account, downloaded Family Link, called Fitbit customer service, changed accounts on my phone (that was a big mistake and a huge headache to solve), tried setting up from both a Google device and Apple device, etc. Unable to get it to work. What a disappointment. There are blogs that talk about these exact issues and cautioning parents about purchasing this. I thought watching YouTube videos on the setup would help byass those issues- nope, especially because of the Fitbit app update sometimes over the past year, those setups are all outdated. Was a huge letdown and I have always enjoyed Google products/services, this one was a big thumbs down.

I was expecting the heart rate monitor to be included since that is a feature my child likes knowing. It’s very underwhelming.

Cute and durable fitbit for younger kids with long battery life

I'm writing this review after almost an year. I bought this for a kid and the kid liked it very much. Initially, not sure if it's worth buying for kids, but It's helping the kid to track the steps and be active. Often, keep checking the watch, it motivates the kid to either play or do some physical activity. I got a best deal with BestBuy.

Item is defective and of course I can't exchange or return it to Best buy cause you know 2 weeks is enough time to find out if it needs to be returned. Yes I bought it and by the time it was delivered I just didn't have time to sit with it to get it up and running..oh well live and learn..the policy should NOT include defective products.

Fine for a kid, but extremely limited on features. Get an Inspire instead of this

Absolute pain in the keaster to set up on a phone. After weeks of issues we returned it only to find out pairing it works better on a tablet!

I bought this as a gift for my 8 year old niece. She says she loves it. She likes that she can monitor her steps and track her heartbeat when she wants to know. This watch is a cool way to provide active feedback to kids and parents to encourage more physical activity and better health.

I purchased this Fitbit for my grandson and he absolutely loves it! He monitors his steps daily and loves the fact that it matches his school colors!
