I love the product my sons enjoyed the device especially since it has games to motivate movement. However, It only really registers movement in walking /running. It will not do like elliptical or it does not state if it is like cardio, ect. I ordered because i thought it would track distance because he is in XC but it does NOt even with membership fee. Super limited even with membership fee. For that i can just buy a adult smart watch
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Ace LTE with us, PRuiz. While we’re glad you’re enjoying the Fitbit Arcade, we hear your concerns regarding wanting additional tracking capabilities. Your ideas are valuable and we’d appreciate if you shared more with this survey: https://google.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aStd8wsbcLGvwG

Thou you need to buy service after purchasing this product but it is affordable. For better than apple watch. Much fun for kids. Highly recommended.

The battery life states it lasts up to 72 hours - It in fact does not - My daughter is lucky to get a full day out of hers and she isn't playing games and on it all the time. She had it on for an hour and off for 3 and it is already down to 79%.
Hey there, DanielleL. We hear your concern regarding battery life on the Ace LTE. For clarification, the Ace LTE is designed to last for roughly 16 hours. To save power and extend battery life here’s what you can do:
1. Turn on Battery saver. 2. Turn off Always-on screen 3. Turn off Tilt-to-wake 4. Reduce screen timeout period

This is great for a kid who is not yet ready for a phone but has a little neighborhood independence. Although this was for a location and communication driven purchase, I love the fit features and the daily goals. There is even a family goal for steps so it’s been fun for additional games! Would be soon purchasing another for my younger kid!

This product really , I gifted to my daughter its been 10 days she is using she loves it. It helps us to communicate when she is going to extra classes or sports. I really liked and recommend

Good value, but the strap is useless and features are tied to the app. Communication features are tied to the app or other Fitbit Ace LTEs. So my son can't message his friends, and his messages to us are through the app, which we don't check often. The stap is also terrible; the velcro doesn't stick well, so the watch falls off constantly.

My daughter loves her new watch. She is able to keep in contact with us as she explores the neighborhood and develops her sense of independence. I like that we control who can contact her and it can't be used to call other friends with the same watch, only contacts approved through the parent app. Since she is under 13, there is a managed account, and we are setting up a special managed debit card to link so she can use tap to pay within limits. She is too young for a phone, so this is the best solution for us.

The Fitbit Ace has been a fantastic addition to our family, sparking my child's enthusiasm for personal fitness. Its vibrant display and interactive features, like step challenges and rewards, transform exercise into a fun adventure. The watch’s kid-friendly interface and customizable avatars keep my child engaged and motivated. As a result, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in their activity levels and overall excitement about fitness. A truly worthwhile investment for any parent!

Absolutely love the Fitbit Ace LTE, its a perfect alternative to my 9 year old who wanted a cell phone. Only complaint I have is the battery life could be better, need to charge it daily.

10yr old loves it more than a Galaxy watch. " Thanks dad this is way better than that other watch!" tracking works great with google family app and cost is perfect.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my 11 y.o. She loved how it looks and was excited to get it set up. Unfortunately you can not use the watch without the additional $120 subscription. Sadly we ended up returning it because it was just too expensive. It seems like a good alternative for a kid who doesn't have access to a cell phone.
Hey there, MelR. We appreciate you giving the Fitibt Ace LTE a try. Even though you returned the device, we’d like to get more feedback when you get a chance. Here’s a link to the survey: https://google.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aStd8wsbcLGvwG
