The Fitbit Altra is a great way to monitor daily activity. Unlike some similar devices it is small and not intrusive to wear day and night. Its not intended to be a fashion statement it is a practical device and cool the way it pairs with the cell phone and provides messages to motivate activity. The heart rate feature is OK but not really the best feature of this product.

Love the Fitbit Alta HR model; it's light and gives me the core tracking functionality I need, specificially the steps + heart rate. The sleep tracking is interesting but less actionable currently. Wish it synced better with Apple Health and the Peloton app, battery life is ok (need to charge every few days), as always I hope Fitbit continues to drive improvements here.

The Alta has everything I need in a fitness tracker, just would like to have the side button like the Charge HR2.

Bought the fitbit for my wife. She could not be happier. The combo of the FitBit and the App on her phone have far exceeded her expectations.

Liked my Fitbit Alta HR so much that I bought one for my friend's birthday. She also likes it. We just wish you could see each other's daily steps on the app when competing, not just the weekly.

This fitness tracker is just right for someone who wants efficiency without any unnecessary extras. Get time, heart rate, steps, calories burned, sleep analysis, and active minutes all with a flick of the wrist or a tap. The fit bit app is great and allows goal setting and food tracking. A lot of different band option out there too! Love it

I purchased this fit bit for my daughter in efforts to encourage her to lose weight. She loved it. The ease of connection and the ability to view messages from her phone to her fit bit kept her interest. She monitors everything and has lost 15 pounds.
