Great watch, I love how it tracks your sleep and steps

The sleep analysis is more detailed than the original Alta so it's great to see how my sleep breaks down between REM, light, and deep. The HR function is nice, but I haven't used it enough to adapt and tailor my routines to maximize the benefit. Battery life isn't as long as the original Alta so recharging more often and for longer each time has required a little bit of an adjustment to my routine.

Fitbit Alta HR works great, but hard to read when out in sun. Recharging is a pain as the empty battery shows up but as it is charging you see nothing. You just have to hope you have gauged the right amount of time. I plug it in then unplug then re-plug in to see how far battery has charged. Takes several hours to charge.

The Fitbit is awesome. The battery is long lasting and is easy to use.

I really like the alarms, steps and sleep tracking.

Own this product since the original first came out. It’s simple and does exactly what I need. No extra gadgets that I don’t need. It’s made me aware of how active I’ve been and forces me to walk more often. The upgrade to this newer model was perfect. If you want something simple, this is perfect.

but the Fit Bit still comes in handy. I don't know if it's my personal touch, the size of my fingers, or what but the touch response isn't as good as I thought it would be considering the cost. Doesn't seem to hold charge for all that long. Other than that, very easy to use, and the app was easy to get.

this is my third different fitbit tracker. I loved the Fitbit one but would often forget to take it out of my pocket. It went through the wash a few times and survived. But I decided to try the Alta. I love it. I wear it everyday. And the band can get wet so I don't worry when I wash my hands. It seems quite accurate too.

Features are easy to use. Good for around my wrist.

This firbit is great. It fits perfectly with the watch type band. HR works amazing.

Got this for my wife and she loves it. It is helping her with her goals and is giving her insight into her health.

Great lightweight device and the display is a nice improvement. I can hardly tell I’m wearing it. Comes in handy to check the time, heart rate and sleep patterns.

I bought two Fitbit ALTA HR. I didn't realize you could not put 2 on the same account. It really screwed things up. Could be a little more user friendly on set up.

I switched from Jawbone UP trackers to this Fitbit and have enjoyed the change. The heartrate monitor adds an extra layer to my fitness and sleep tracking I did not have previously. Minus 1 star for needing to replace the band twice in the first year, the material does wear down and crack if you wear it constantly. Replacement bands are inexpensive and easy to come by though.

This is a light and very comfortable fitness tracker. It seems to be fairly accurate. The only downsides are (1) there is no built in GPS and (2) you need to start and stop exercises in the app unless you're going to rely on the built in recognition, which isn't all that accurate. I would buy this again at this price.

I got the Alta HR to replace an older Alta from a couple of years ago, and it's pretty much the same but with the addition of heart rate monitoring. I liked the old peg-style band on my old one, but the watch-style band does feel more secure and is definitely less likely to fall off during a workout.

I love this fitbit! I needed a new one because I lost my other one. It fell off my wrist when I was out and I never found it. The wristband on the alta hr is much better. I know it's not going to fall off. I also find it interesting how it tracks sleep patterns. Overall, definitely a great purchase.

I bought to monitor steps but the heart and sleep have ended interesting to watch too
