I purchased this because I was wearing a watch and Fitbit. Now there is a clock on my Fitbit so I can wear only one thing. Beside a watch and step counter it will give you your heart rate, which is good when exercising.

So glad I bought the fitbit alta hr versus the regular fitbit alta, mainly for tracking my sleep. I have trouble getting restful sleep and this has helped improve my sleep by a lot plus helps me track my sleep.

The Fitbit Alta HR is probably the best tracker out there for anyone who is looking to track their heart rate and workouts. It's simple and easy to use. Only down side to it is the tapping of the screen. It doesn't always work or require some forceful tapping.

I bought this item for my wife and she has loved it thus far. Has helped her understand her sleeping habits and track her activity. The band is WAY better than my FitBit Flex...which has fallen apart multiple times.

My husband wears the fit bit everyday. As a diesel mechanic, he walks a lot. He strives for the 10,000 steps per day. Most days he walks way over that amount. He has it programmed to perfection.

Didn’t need all the bells & whistles a lot of the others have! Just wanted one that gave me steps I take, time of day & heart rate. It has other features but don’t use them.

So far fitbit products are accurate. Hope this one lasts.

Got this for my birthday and have been obsessed since! Keeps you focused on activity throughout the day to keep you active. I find myself more motivated. Love the sleep tracking! Very Eye opening...

I stepped up from the Alta Hr from the Altr for the sleep stages. So far its interesting.

Replaced Alta with Alta HR and I love the added functions of monitoring heart rate and sleep monitoring is so much better. I love being able to see stages of sleep in depth. My only issue is that sometimes it stops counting steps until you force a synch. I love this product.

I didn't know what to expect since I never owned a tracker. But I really like it. I didn't give 5 stars because it's a little bulky for sleep tracking. The data is accurate, heart rate tracker , steps etc. The app is easy to use and has many challenges to keep you active.
