I had the larger fitbit and wanted to get the narrower one. I was happy to find out that the narrow one had the HR feature, which is important to me. I would recommend this fitbit.

I have some physical issues and will not be training for a marathon, but this Fitbit keeps me motivated to reach my (modified) goals throughout the day. The sleep aspect doesn't seem to work as well as I may like, but that could just be me. Overall, great product.

The fitbit is the best. it's great for keeping track with your workouts, steps & calories burned. You can also pair it with the app and upload everything you eat & keep track of your calorie intake.

The Alta has a nice slim design that give the appeal of a bracelet without looking to big or clunky. I wear other bracelets along with it to add more "elegance" to the look. PS - it works great too!

This is easy to use and a great reminder to get up and walk but does have a flaw. Only issue is the Fitbit isn't compatible with some newer phones which doesn't make the notifications usable.

First thing, set up the account online & crank down on the security settings. Second, get a better band. The one it comes with is great for causing irritation & the reason why I removed a star. I've seen battery life around 4 days myself.

small and comfortable so i wear it everyday and night. previously used fitbit charge 2 and 3. prefer alta for comfort (also less likely to intrude on intimate moments) except alta lacks any timer interface (i.e. for use with tabata).

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for a college aged daughter. She loves it because it is simple to use and read, and has just the features she needs. The price was right too.

This was a replacement after my first Alta bit the dust after 2 years. Same great fit, technology and motivation to be active. Best Buy was great honoring the 2-yr replacement agreement.

This fitness tracker does everything as described in the features, and does them well. There are cheaper options out there but there’s a reason that Fitbit is the water marker for them.

Was pleasantly surprised that the Fitbit also includes apps for exercise - and for free! Love all the features. Provides a great incentive to do more exercise and to track your sleep habits too!

I have no complaints about the Fitbit. This is my second one. My first one lasted for 2 years or better and I replaced it. Like that it gives you your text messages and phone calls (who's calling you)that makes it worth the price.

I am beginning to monitor my weight and activity level. Exactly what i need!!

Got this as a gift for a family member. Inexpensive and works as a watch and tracking device. It’s very sleek and doesn’t draw a lot of attention, which is perfect for him.

Wearing my new FitBit HR, keeps me motivated and accountable for what I do. Not a huge workout kinda gal but this makes me want to get up and move to beat my results for the previous day.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She has been wanting it for awhile and I finally got it for her and now that she hasn't stopped talking about it I may get 1 for me.

Happy with the fitbit, a couple of issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed

We have enjoyued because it makes us aware that we need to get up and it is a challange to meet our goals. We find ourselves checking it and our phone to see our results during the day.

Well maybe not her favorite piece of jewelry. But she enjoyed using it, tracking her activity and reaching goals. When she lost it she missed it so much I had to get her another.

I like the Alta HR mainly for the ability to monitor my heart rate but also I like the strap. It is more like a watch strap with a "buckle" rather the the "snap" that the regular Alta has.
