    I wear this on my left wrist because I already have a watch. Overall, I'm very impressed with the app and this device. It is a great motivator to get up and move more. I have a little bit of an issue sometimes when sleeping with the device on my wrist. In my opinion it's well worth the money for the health improvement and sleep monitoring!

    I’ve been very impressed with the Alta HR. I especially like the text and call notifications. Before, I would miss a lot of calls/texts because I didn’t hear the phone, but now I can feel the notification when I’m walking which is a plus. The only down side I’ve noticed is it was a little difficult to connect the Bluetooth, but that could have been my phone or iPad and not the actual Fitbit. I highly recommend this item!

    I had long resisted buying a fitness tracker, but decided to include it on my Father's Day gift list. I have really enjoyed this HR version of the Fitbit Alta. I wear it all the time - on my right wrist so that I can keep only my watch on my left. The display is perfect. Not too much, but enough to easily track without the app. The app is great, too.
