It reminds me to walk every hour, makes me aware of phone calls, and even shows my texts. I am very happy with the smaller size. I bought it with a large band but replaced the band with a small leather one.

2nd fit bit

I haven't worn a watch for years. But the notifications, the customer service, everything about this unit is awesome. Plus it's the first smart watch to withstand the MMA training I do.

a simple need

I know it can be set on my phone but i don't always have use of my phone. I usually walk the same distance every day so I don't need it for counting my miles. I must have had more than ten fit bits, all replaced under a protection plan. there seems to a problem with the battery failing
