If you can enter you calories and water intake just one day you'll get hooked and the Fitbit Alta HR calculates everything else! You'll be so surprised at what you "think" your eating and drinking and what you are actually putting in your body, I know I was!

This Fitbit Alta Hr is great. I had the Hr charge before but love the smaller band and able change the bands. My old Fitbit did have the text notification which is a great feature to the Alta Hr.

The Alta HR is a great fitness tracker that provides sleep assessments and helps keep me on track to meet my goals. It's my third Fitbit and they keep making them more useful and capable.

I love the Fitbit. However, after some months, the tracking on the app quit working. Geek Squad checked it out and said I should have the Fitbit people replace it. I mailed it in and am awaiting a new one. Good thing it had a warranty.

I really enjoy using this Fitbit on a daily basis. The only features I wish it had is counting floors and more of a variety of bands (while I realize I can order more of a variety from other companies, I prefer to stick with Fitbit).

I bought it for my wife and she uses it everyday. She really enyojs the screen notification when texts and phone calls come through, if her phone is not physically near her. Awesome!

I love wearing this Fitbit. I’m amazed at how much detailed info it gives us. It has helped me a great deal to be more aware of my fitness. Normal everyday chores scratched the screen but has not damaged the product itself

I had a fitbit flex from 2014, this Alta HR is even better. works great, I love that I get messages and notifications when my phone rings, the silent alarm all works great.

Didn't really think that I would get any value from a "exercise tracker". But I love the features about sleep performance and daily weight tracking...a great little device!

I have had this Fitbit for some weeks now and I love it. The best feature is when I haven’t moved in a while..... it sends a message to remind me to get up and move.

Had my son set up the device for me but once set easy to navigate app on smart phone. Learning something new every day about how this device can work for me and with me.

This is a good fitness tracker, but I felt it was missing some easy features to add, and I ended up returning it because of that. For instance, it has a vibration alarm, which is great, but although it has the ability to track your movement and heart rate while sleeping, it's just a regular alarm that isn't smart enough to wake you up when you're in light sleep. I had an UP24 about five years ago and it could do that back then. Another thing I needed was the ability to sync all the data it collects to the iPhone's health app, but no luck there either. I still would recommend it to a friend if they don't care about that stuff.

I have enjoyed tracking my mileage and calories burned, however I never remember to add in water I've drank during the day. Good incentive to keep walking.

My wife has decided to track her activity going forward. She really liked the looks and functionality of this model. The only downside is it doesn't track elevation.

I wanted something that wasn't as big as a watch on my arm but still tracked everything I was looking for to jumpstart my fitness program. This was perfect!

This model is a good improvement over previous model. the sleep monitor part of the application is what I liked most. the automatic registration of when we go biking is help full instead of having to manually starting the exercise.

This one seems to not be completely reliant on smartphone app....shows step count on bracelet, Purchased as gift for 82yr old mother who wants to see how many steps she gets in walking around her retirment community campus.

She wanted a Fitbit so I bought her this, and she loves it. It is nice to be able to see your text messages from your phone and if someone is calling!!

We bought this Fitbit for my mom whose 86. She’s very active and she and my dad (also 86 years old) are completing on how many steps they get each day.
