Easy to use and set up with multiple displays. Ease of tracking many areas simultaneously with an easy to use interface. Great for the beginner as well as advanced users. Many screens are editable. Syncs with a scale that reads weight and body fat. This I found to be remarkably accurate compared to my doctors office results.

I upgraded from a regular Alta and I’m so glad I did! The HR monitoring is spot on and e redesigned band is very comfy

the fitbit alta is a perfect exercise tracker for someone that wants to have a lightweight, small exercise tracker with a few extra perks. seeing messages and phone calls is nice and i'm not looking to be able to respond from it. i was mostly looking for a smaller, less bulky device to wear daily. this is perfect!

I did have a Flex2 and I liked it but really wanted the HR - I'd like this to be water proof but I'm happy with it :)

I like the small size and it's functions work as specified. . It is difficult to see in bright sunlight. No surprise.

This is my first time using a fitness tracker of any kind and its very easy to use and sleep pattern info was quite a eye opener, while I thought I got decent night sleep, fitbit shows a very broken sleep patterns, and I have broke 10,000 steps few times now, calorie counter's great and it all connects to phone very easily.

This fitbit is very easy to use tracks well and is not very power hungry a charge last me 3 to 4 days so now I charge while in shower and never worry about power.
