This is a good tracker. It does your heart rate also.

Love it!! The only thing I would add is the stair count.

In my opinion the fit bit does not wear well if you have a Watch on your other hand. If you didn't wear a watch you couldn't really read The screen. It's also very difficult to maneuver between sections

We have been through more than ten fitbits between the two of us in the past 5 years. The bands break, and the batteries give up fast. I have decided to change to an Applewatch.

After wearing for two months this had product caused me shoulder, arm, hand pain and numbness. I am not alone - many people on the Fitbit community boards have complained of the same symptoms. When the band is loose, it does not ease the symptoms.

All of a sudden, the tracker has started hurting my wrist. I have developed shooting pains right under where the tracker is. Fitbit's support team has been extremely helpful in resolving the issue.

Likes: it's thin and not bulky. Battery life is good. Dislikes: the app takes forever to update. I bought it for the sleep monitoring. Some days it doesn't show my sleep pattern.

I used this product for exactly 14 days and decided to return it. The inconsistency of counting, lag time when tapping the watch, and bulkiness of it around my wrist all caused me to give up and return it.

I had a Samsung gear fit before this and I wish I had kept it. It’s hard to read the text that come through and once it shows the text one time, you can’t see it again. Text and calls are the only options for notifications from your phone. Also this takes a very long time to sync with my phone when I go into the Fitbit app. As soon as I get the chance I will be upgrading to an Apple Watch and giving this away. It does count my steps and tell me the time so it does the job. I’d still recommend this, however I’d like something that does more.

Well when I work out, the heart rate only works half the time. I also run stairs 4/7 days a week and it has yet to register that I've walked ONE floor. I'm pretty disappointed.

I bought the Fitbit and it wouldn't hold a charge of more than 8 hours after full charge. Fitbit sent me a replacement no issues for 12 months now

Average use, the battery does not last long (12-36 months) Replacement of battery not worth it, just bought a different device.

Good quantity band, but not always consistent. Still experimenting with the different reading it is presenting and what controls which type of chart we receive.
