I prefer the Charge over the Alta. The alta at times feels like it burns my skin and I can actually feel nerve nerve pain. And I where it loose on my wrist.

I like the features of this watch except for the size. Too small for my wrist. I returned it and exchanged for a Charge 2. In general, it's great!

Not pleased with this product. Unit was leaning burns on the roar from the charging ports. Apparently this is a regular issue with the Alta.

Well it seems to keep track of my steps well enough but after 5 months the band keeps disconnecting from the tracker and falling off.

There are so many options other there. Every Fitbit I have owned broke down after about 14 months

My second Fitbit. I liked the old one better. This one performs as stated, but not as easy for me to utilize.

This product was decent for the money. I have since moved on to the Apple Watch which has better functionality.

I purchased this item as a gift for a friend who reports back that she fully enjoys it thoroughly!

This might be perfect if your wrist is really small; otherwise, this would be really small for you!

The Fit Bit does not keep track of miles I can go miles and know it is a mile and th FB says a half mile

Great difficulty releasing strap Also noticeable discrepancy in accurate heart rate readings.

Reasonable price. Not really sure how accurate the steps are and doesn’t recognize an exercise bike.

The battery life is shorter than expected. It has also listed me as sleeping while watching a movie.

The fit bit its very usefull but this whit the screen needs to be a little bit big

I have had a fitbit in the past, so my issue is not with the technology. The band, which is made of rubber, has caused my skin to become irritated on two different occasions. The most recent occasion is painful enough that I had to switch it to my other wrist. I would not purchase this again and am considering returning it.

Great tracker but sleep details stopped working and battery drains too fast.

Like the device, but thought it included Blood Pressure monitoring.

We've had this for a month. I have yet to be able to set it up. I'm not totally illiterate when it comes to electronics but this is a nightmare. I'm sure if we can get it set up it'll work fine but thus far it's a no go. And if I want Best Buy to assist me in using this I'll probably have to pay.
