Worked great for 2 months. Then they "Upgraded" the app, now my Fitbit is useless. I followed all the cycle power, reinstall, re-connect, blue-tooth on/off, etc. It will reconnect, but will only sync once or twice, then nothing. No notifications or auto-sync, etc. Fitbit, FIX YOUR APP!!!!

It didn't seem like it had enough high tech features for the price.

This item did not keep track of my steps, instead it kept track off my wrist movements. No matter how I adjusted the settings. It also was not accurate on my heart rate. I am a cardiac patient and needed it to monitor my heart rate and to help keep track of my activity.

I don't know if their was a problem with unit or person using was unable to make it work, however the return process was one of the best experiences I have countered, wonderful experience with best buy, thank you

I bought this due to the Heart Rate Monitor. Sadly, it is no where near accurate. I wore it how they said, compared it to taking manual heart rate and was ALWAYS off by over 10 or more beats. RETURNED

Received this as a gift..Though it never worked with messages. Reading online info, all indicated No message notifications. Though kept until battery failed to hold charge forore than 2 days.

Lasted only a year. Die just suddenly, battery just stopped working completely. Good think I had best buy insurance, got my money back and bought apple watch 3.

This thing burned my wrist. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, however if you do any your past the return period, Fitbit will refund you your money

I won’t buy a second Fitbit. Ever. After a few months. The battery went out, Got it replaced and it did same thing. Now it doesn’t even turn on.

Decided to upgrade to Versa but could not since it was outside the return window. Called Fitbit directly and they were no help. Disappointing...

This was my 2nd try with a Fitbit. Was inaccurate. If I simply moved my wrist, it logged as steps. Returned after 1 week.

Not very good - I purchased a Samsung watch for a little more money and like it much better.

Not accurate measurement of heart rate. Steps are fine. but not worth it.

Great support system, tons of information, if you need a challenge to get it done this is a great tool

Great watch for minimal use, no voice recording no bright pop messages or other. Does everything a smartwatch does without distractions.

Love it very easy to use!! Mostly got it, to see how many steps I step. Payed off. got the grey/blue color. Got large, perfect fit.. Only need app for your smart phone. Android or IPhone friendly.
