I actually got this as a gift from my fiancé. The main reason why I got it is to see if I was getting enough workout per day. I know my phone has that option but I always felt like it was inaccurate. So I was thrilled to get this as a gift! (He's the best and is mine) It's great on tracking steps, not too uncomfortable the wear every day, and I enjoy checking the app and utilizing their workout clips they have. It's also fun to compete with my co-workers. We get super competitive. I definitely recommend this product to anyone out there!

I've went through 3 different fitness trackers before I decided to give Fitbit a try. I love it! I have the blue-gray one and the color blends in nicely with all of my outfits. I have the Fitbit set up to remind me to get up and move. Since I have a desk job, I will literally sit at the desk all day typing away. My Fitbit buzzes at 50 minutes after every hour reminding me to get up and move. It can be very hard to get steps in when you have a desk job, so Fitbit is slowly helping me be a little more active. I also love that I can add friends and we can challenge each other. That was a little more difficult to do with my previous trackers because either they didn't have that function available or I was the only one in my circle of friends with a particular tracker. I'm still a little iffy on how well the sleep tracker works, but I don't use it often, so it's not a deal breaker.

I like the look and sleekness of this Fitbit. It's perfect to wear for work or working out. I like the options for what the clock face looks like. The charger is great and I think addresses problems other Fitbits have had. LOVE it.

Awesome keeps track of my steps and still acts like a watch

My loves loves the Fitbit. She especially loves how accurately it tracks her sleep.

Tracker was good for basic tracking. Performed as intended No service or repair was needed. Finding bands was a bit problematic.

I have the original altar and one of the reasons I wanted this particular tracker was to monitor my sleep. I'm learning so much more with the different levels like awake or deep.

Warranty is one year. Mine stopped holding charge for more than one hour at 13.5 months. Two months later, screen went black and is no longer usable. Fitbit would only provide a 25% off future purchase of new tracker/watch since I was 45 days past the 12-month warranty expiration. If the product is only going to last one year, it's not worth it to invest in another Fitbit, even with a 25% discount. Will move on to a Garmin or Apple for next fitness tracker.

The device from the very beginning had problems syncing. Why make a smartphone app enabled tracker if it cannot sync with the smart phone meanwhile sub $10 headphones sync flawlessly each time. For the new lock on the market, Fitbit has great marketing but really poor hardware and software. Avoid at all costs.
