This is a great mid-range FitBit. Gives some of the features of a smartwatch without the bulk. Does a great job of promoting fitness. Nice software and website.

One reason I purchased this model was because it's supposed to alert me when I get phone calls or texts; but despite having one of the techs at BB try to set it it still doesn't do that. I will take it in to try again.

I simply love this Fitbit.....it not only shows you all the normal features but it reminds you to get and move. I definitely need the reminder. Great !!!

This tracker is attractive and motivating. I love the encouragement you get from it. Also love that I can see who's calling and read text messages while working out

The Alta HR is a great device to keep track of a number of things. I like that it tells you what your cardio conditioning is. It also interfaces with other apps.

So glad I purchased the Fitbit from Best Buy! The associate helped me picked the one that would work best for me.

The tracker was very nice. The setup was easy after downloading the app. The step count is accurate and motivating me to stay active everyday.

Only issue I have is that you have to tap/hot it very hard to wake it or turn the alarm off - so loud that the hitting wakes my wife up in bed. Also the screen does not consistently wake when you raise your wrist.

Big fan of this product. Does everything I need without being bulky or uncomfortable. The app isn't perfect and the touch interface sometimes isn't as responsive as I'd like- overall though I'd definitely buy again.

This Fitbit works great and has a great look. It's interchangeable band allows you to change the band to look more stylish, almost like a pretty watch.

Unfortunately after working for a year or so this began to fail. First the band failed, a weak point on other brands as well as this one. Next it stopped registering my pulse, then it began to only hold a charge for an hour or so and now it will not charge at all. I hate products that fail shortly after their warranty expires and in my case this is one of those. I do like the concept and I did enjoy using this until it failed all too soon.

I love this product! I can't leave home without it. It's wearable for any occasion and a great fitness tracker.

My wife is really happy with this product, it has great battery life and a lot of features. Great selection of changeable bands for this item as well.

I have gone through a couple fit-bits that have fallen apart. I have only had this for a few weeks, but it seems fairly durable. It doesn't have a lot of options, but it does serve its purpose.

My favorite feature is the sleep tracker. I thought I was getting more sleep than I really am which explains why I'm so tired all the time. Now I have the knowledge to make some constructive changes.

What I was looking for I just wanted to know how much walking I was doing at work, I enjoy my weekly progress report, some of readings I dont know what they mean. Overall very happy with my purchase

This was purchased as a gift for a family member, who asked specifically for this item. Person was very happy to receive, no complaints, works as it should.

I got this for my Dad so he could monitor his steps and heart rate. Didn’t know much about these devices and the staff was very helpful!

Purchased for my wife who has never wore a watch in her life. Since receiving it she only takes off to charge and shower. Great value

This is my third FitBit, lost previous two, love it thus far. The watch like latch makes it feel more secure and I'm not as nervous about losing.
