    The Alta gave me up to date feedback as to how I was doing. It even let me know when I was sitting too long. The reason that I'm only giving it 3 stars is because the band broke after a few months. I was told by several salesmen that the Alta is going to be obsolete soon, I have now ordered a smart watch therefore I won't have to worry about replacing bands anymore.
