the watch only last 6 months but the guarantee works perfect

Fitbit really created a product that could withstand a lot of wear and tear. I don't have it cause I ended up getting another one with more features.....as a result of having a great experience with this one.

This is the 3rd Fitbit I have had in 3 years. While it keeps track of steps, time, etc. all 3 have had broken bands. I have switched to an Apple Watch 2.0 and so far so good. Would recommend the Alta with reservation.

My new Fitbit was super easy to setup and instructions for using the different features were clear and concise. Love the little prompts it gives and “rewards” for reaching goals. I also like it’s slim profile.

It's a good watch, very helpful for a person starting on their fitness journey. It does everything it's supposed to. However it does not track the miles correctly. Therefore, if you are going to solely use this watch to track your distance, you will not be satisfied with this watch.

This was just what I was looking for. The watchband is thin enough to not look clunky. I love the way the charger fits in the back! I had issues with these items with my last Fitbit. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

I Love my new Fitbit but my only complaint is that the battery does not last a full week as advertised. I usually only get about 5 days but it's no big deal since I can easily re-charge it. Just wish it did last the full 7 days so I wouldn't have to take it off as often. :)

For someone that sits all day, the Fitbit works out nice. Helpful reminders to get up and take a walk. Really kicks in when you link up with friends and family for weekly / weekend challenges. Encourages you to exercise / walk more often. The Fitbit app is also very nice.

This thing is awesome! It has helped me motivate to get out more, and all of the information it gives you is super informative. From sleep data to work out habbits, this thing is insightful. I would totally recommend!

Very happy with purchase. Easy and interesting in learning different aspects of the new item. Next step will be adding friends. I have already had two friends show interest in updating their current device to the HR.

My wife had a fitbit Alta that did not work. It wouldnt sync up to her iphone 7, so I purchased this one and will attempt to get the other one covered by the manufacturer. This one works great and she is very happy.

Picked this up for my wife as she had been looking at fitbits for quite some time. She's very pleased with the unit. She connects with her sister via the app and they compare their steps for the day.

Purchase this to assist in my diet. It works very, though it is hard to read sideways, so I had to readjust it. My main complaint is having to spend extra money for a desired color. Color should not be a driving force behind a cost for the exact same technology.

I bought this for my son as an upgrade from his previous one. My son loves it, but after two months of use... We've noticed that the face scratches easily, the way the band attaches can become worn and loose, and the charging points on the charger can be finicky.

I don’t think is accurate on sleep status and step count

Bought the Fitbit for my wife and she loves it. She has small wrists and this watch fits and looks great on her. Only thing she doesn't like is that it doesn't track steps but other than that she enjoys it. The lacking of step counting is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Okay Fitbit. Wish it worked better. Great price though

This was easy to setup using phone, and even easier to add to existing Fitbit. Now can switch between using this and older One when don’t want something on wrist and the app automatically recognizes it.

I love this. The app tells you a Waltham of information. I don't use it to the full capacity with txt messages and email alerts bc I don't need to be glued to that 24/7 but it's great! I have small wrists and the small can get a bit tight. I wish they made a medium size.
