    Fit box works well but the band I had to replace twice already. Clips come loose and causes it to fall off.

    The Fitbit itself is a great product. Works as designed great. The one problem is charging the device. Doesn’t come with a power brick. Instructions say charge device using a computer. My phone call with tech support came to the conclusion with them telling me that if I use a cell phone power brick it could cause the battery to over charge and overheat. Charging this with a computer is a pain.
