I really liked this fit bit, but the size of the screen extended beyond the curves of my wrist - making corners stick out and it wasn’t possible to fit comfortably:( ultimately returned it. I wish there were a smaller profile option for small arms

I refused to listen to all the other reviewers thinking they had something against fitbits in general, and bought this the first day it was officially released. What a mistake that was. Constantly freezing, requires a hard tap, heart rate sensor just throws wild numbers out there. Returning tomorrow and going to get the blaze instead, this thing was a major disappointment. I usually never write negative reviews but I definitely feel the need that this item needed one.

My fit bit HR activity tracker does not seem to be very accurate compared to my old fit bit's this is my third one and the numbers are about 1/3 lower, particularly the steps. My wife has the same tracker while she sits in the house and works from her desk I go for long walks and she still has more steps than I do. I use to easily get over 10,000 steps and now doing the same routine I only get around 6000 or less.

I like all the features available on this version of the fitbit. However, as with the other models, I was having to charge the battery every night. I have friends that have this verision and don't have this problem, but I do. I returned the product.

About half the time it says it can't get full sleep tracking because it couldn't get a full HR reading. Tried multiple positions, and it still seems pretty random no matter what I do. That being said, the data is quite interesting to see.

I had and Alta that I loved, but I wanted heart rate tracking and elevation, etc. I thought that since this Alta HR had heart rate tracking it would have the other features I wanted. I returned it for a Charge 2 and love it.

I previously had the regular Alta but the band kept breaking on me. Glad I got the 2 year protection. Going to try again and hopefully won't have the same thing happen, otherwise I will have to try Garmin. Otherwise love Fitbit

the idea is good, its a little frustrating to get the data to show up, flick of the wrist does not always bring the data up, in fact it rarely does. You have to tap the lens several times to get the data.

Very cute and stylish. But later realized tracked steps when I wasn't actually walked. Tracked steps just by moving or shaking my arm. Wouldn't recommend this to a friend

Love the added features like time readout and phone integration, but it only seems to count about half the steps as my older fitbits do. It also counts about half the steps that my phone health app does.

I bought this for my wife as her first tracker and she’s happy with it so far. I have and prefer my Apple Watch over my Fitbit HR but my wife thinks the Apple Watch is too big for her wrist.

Launch of versa makes this watch obsolete and cost was supposed to come down drastically and it did. I returned it and bought Samsung Gear Fit 2. I dont regret my decision Gear Fit 2 is just awesome.

Bought it for my wife. She just wanted to track her heart rate. She did not like wearing it. The product is probably fine but if you are not a watch person you will probably not enjoy wearing it.

But, the heart rate is not always accurate, compared to my Polar or Garmin. Also, the sleep function is not too accurate, if you are wide awake laying still in bed, it records as sleep.

I like the Fitbit just not sure it us always accurate. When synced to a third party app the readings for steps and distance as well as calories burned don't always match. Not sure which one is correct

purchased for my mother to track her heart rate and motivate her to walk more. Nice and stylish but notice the battery runs out quick even without notifications. Other than that she seems to like it.

lI liked my old Fitbit better than this new one. It is more cumbersome to use and does not fit as well on my wrist. Performs okay, but not as good as the old one.

Returned. It was hard if not impossible to see outdoors. When I reviews how to fix I realized this is a Fitbit problem for years. Returned.

love this however the band got really dirty the first day and I couldn’t get it clean. So it looked crappy and old ... I couldn’t find anything to clean it.. it was just the band

I first got the Fitbit charge that quit syncing the second day took it back and got this one. After 2 weeks it quit showing the text messages but everything else works great.
