Love the information, but hard to read outdoors

I like my Fitbit because it keeps me on track. I wish I would've purchased the larger screen model because it is extremely difficult to read outdoors. The screen also scratches easily

Convenient but not particularly comfortable. Sometimes changing the modes is tricky. You have to tap on it just right. The interface with the phone app is good but not automatic.

Notification doesn't last long enough to see it when alerted needs to stay visible for at least 15-20 seconds! If you need readers to see it because the the font is small and light.

After being a loyal Fitbit user for years, this will be my last. I average about 2-5 replacements a year because they keep breaking.

This was a replacement. The clasp is much better. Notifications don't always show up. When it vibrates, I want to know why or who is calling but does not always show up.

I'm having trouble with getting a good reading and have to have it really tight on my wrist to get the time or steps or any other features I want to look at.

Purchased as a gift. The time and date will not stay current. Have reset device, uninstalled and reinstalled app, just doesn't want to work right.

    Wildly inaccurate

This Fitbit was so wildly inaccurate that I returned it. It seemed to record a step every time my wrist moved - standing at the stove making scrambled eggs, drying my hair, sitting on the sofa knitting! I thought I didn't have it set up correctly but I have talked to several other people who have them and they either 1) set their step goal at twice what they really want, knowing that it is very inaccurate or 2) believe that they have walked 15,000 steps when they sat at a desk all day.

It's light weight and looks good but to small a screen for this old person and it didn't display the information on the home screen I wanted. So I exchanged it.

We bought this for my daughter who plays tennis. Instead of showing the number of steps, it just shows like 5k. We would have like it to be more exact.

    Inflated step counts

Bought this for my wife who was using an off brand fitness and and was always comparing with her office employees. When worn side by side, the fit bit always reported 30-40% more steps compared to the off brand - and often reported several thousand steps before she even left the house. In my opinion, this fitness tracker may make you feel good about your activity, but exaggerates your step count and could be detrimental to reaching your fitness goals. I returned it.

Hope this one works already waisted plenty of time and fuel with all this back and forth for faulty products.

    Poor Longevity

I have really enjoyed my fitbits but this is the 2nd one that I have that has only lasted just over a year. Battery is now dying within 2 hours after fully charging. Same thing occurred with my previous fitbit. Since they only have a 1 year warranty, that just reinforces they are not meant to last much longer. I will not continue to invest money into fitbit each year given it is a significant investment.
