I return this product and exchanged for the charger 2. I just could not get it to work for me. It was very hard to bring up anything on the screen, I would tap and slide my finger over it and nothing would come up. I just felt for the price I was paying I should not have to work that hard to get the time to come up or anything else. Very disppoint!!!!

I reviewed this earlier this year ... problems with battery, heart rate calculations, sleep mode did not improve. I Googled and tried several fixes but nothing worked. Contacted Fitbit directly as indicated on packaging. I told them what I tired and they "checked with supervisor" and sent a replacement. It arrived about 2 or 3 days later. That was great customer service. So far, so good with the second one. We'll see.

Not as expected. It was not very comfortable on the wrist. And it doesn’t look that good on hand.

The display's a little small and the way it shows steps, e.g. 3.1K, instead of 3100, took some explaining to my wife.

I loved the color, the fit and all but, it didn't track my sleep well. Ended up returning it.

I wore it for one day which resulted in irritated skin under the fit bit. I plan on returning it on my next visit to Duluth 5/10/17.

After 1000 steps, it is recorded in K. Hard to keep up with the amount of steps. Also, cannot read the watch when out in the sun.

First Fitbit I purchased would not stay powered on. I returned it with no problems. Second one seems to work as expected.

Band width was the only positive about this Fitbit To much information to flip through I even got the weather not a necessity

I bought the Fitbit for my mom she's not too crazy about it. I own a Fitbit charge 2 which I highly recommend

The first product that I purchased didn't pair. I exchanged and the second one has bee. working like a charm.

This was given as a gift off a Bday list - had heard really good things about Fitbit. Tracks well during the day and it's cool for messages to appear on it from phone. For some reason after the first few nights it stopped tracking "sleep mode" and battery life seems short. Will give it a little longer, but if stays same - will likely return. Shipping info said don't return to store.

Have had a lot of trouble downloading this product. There are some things I like about it but other that I don't.

My only negative comment would be that you can't change the activity. For example, biking. There's only walk or run.

Works well but does not recognize increased heart rate as. Exercise. It did not register a 1 hour spin class???

This was purchased as a gift for a grandchild. Not sure if it is perfect gift for a 10 year old though.

The band did not last too long for me, I ended up buying a replacement.

I bought this for my Mom, and i have to say i am very disappointed with the results. Build quality is ok, but for the price of $100, are they worth it, no definitely not. Heart Beat is completely out of sync, moderate activity shows 1000 calories burn. My 1 Hour of heavy workout doesnt do that.
