The wrist bands kept breaking, contacted Fitbit customer service and they replaced it but it just kept happening replaced it with a Fitbit - Charge 4 Activity much happier with it.

I bought this Fitbit because my Apple Watch failed. Thought it would be n inexpensive alternative. So far, I feel like I wasted my money. Hard to read the time or any of the functions without beating the watch to death. A real pain.

Bought for my wife. First one did not register sleep. Replaced it and 2nd one did the same. Now band keeps coming off. Bought new band and same problem. Read reviews and seems to be common problem

sometimes I get notified of a text/phone call, and sometimes I don't. Also, when I am notified, the vibration is very light. They need to make a way to make the vibration stronger.

Terrible. Wrist band broke in less than one year. Almost lost it when it fell off. BEst Buy refusing to honor warranty

Liked the size and style for my wife. Readout was hard to see in bright sun. Too much tapping on screen to scroll through info.

I purchased this product but when i kept in charge its not displaying anything. Just vibrates than nothing happens.

Two months after warranty expired the Fitbit just stopped working. I’ve found this has become more common and the company provides zero support offering a discount on a refurbished replacement. I bought this as a gift for my wife and am embarrassed at its quality and lack of corporate support. Absolutely a pathetic product considering the cost and companies profit margins. Don’t buy! Deserves a zero star rating because of product support!

I loved the idea and the watchband style. I unfortunately had to return it due to tingling in my hand & a burning feeling where it fit to my wrist.

Bought this for my child as a post Christmas present, because they are following the herd. It hasn't been used since.

I have difficulty figuring out what the readouts all mean. I've used the website, but still having difficulties. Not happy with it.

Features are desirable, and it worked fine for just under 2 weeks. The unit would not charge properly. We returned it without incident.

The mileage was off big time. For the money, the band was best at average.. I was not very happy with the purchase for the price.

The Fitbit will say I’ve worked out for 15 mins when in reality I’ve been exercising for upwards of half an hour

Not accurate. For example has me having 300 steps before getting out of bed, or does not reflect the times I am awake at night.

Tried using it but took it off after about a week of using it. I'd just rather wear a nice watch instead.

Not the best messes up sleep - a lot. But it does the basics and that's all I wanted. Abit costly for "basics" though.

I actually wanted a Fitbit verse but could not get help on the floor, the Alta I bought off shelf is terrible I'm taking it back also ordered online PS4 game didn't realize it was digital for my grandsons birthday he wanted a game he could take to his moms or dads. Now I'm stuck paying for something I don't want had to buy else where.
