Keeps track of steps, stairs, heart rate, calories, exercise. Estimates calories burned. Sends reminders to move. An alarm can be set on watch. Syncs with smartphone to Fitbit App to track food. Comfortable to wear. Charges quickly. Downsides are it is slow to sync to phone. Charging requires popping phone face out of strap. I found 3rd party charging stand that allows the phone to stay on strap while charging.

This is my third Fitbit watch and by far the best. It keeps excellent time and does a good job of tracking steps, heart rate and other fitness activities. The dial looks like it is are gulag watch and it looks good enough to wear at all but the dresses to functions. It is a keeper

Love this tool, it really helps me to be aware of my steps, heart rate, sleeping tendencies, and I love that I can sync with my phone and compete with others on simple challenges. Great device to stay accountable and keep from gaining weight. Bought one for my wife and cousin too.

    Great Motivator

I call it a motivator. It helps me keep on target and has me looking to increase goals. It's not highly accurate but it's a good baseline. Use it with the online app to check your progress. The counts for things like the steps are not perfect but close enough. Keep in mind it's less than $200.00 which is pretty good for this type of thing. It's short coming to me is that it's not water proof don't take a shower with it or go swimming. They make models that are good for swim but I like the features on this and the faces you can put on it. It is sweat resistant. The customer service is pretty good and helpful. They have a website they provide support. I'm a gym rat I go 4-5 days a week and wear my Fitbit all day. I like being able to change bands. The only devices with accurate heart rate are the kind with the chest strap and I hate those. I've compared this and it's close enough. If it was waterproof I would have given it a 5h star.

The Fitbit Blaze is a very nice fitness tracker. I normally forget I'm wearing it. It's nice to be able to get notifications on the watch for texts and calls. I also like the step tracker reminder as it tells you how many steps are needed to reach your goal for the hour.

Seems to be very accurate. I have owned products by Fitbit, Garmin, misfit, and jawbone. Fitbit seems to be the best quality of them all. Battery lasts longer than any other I have owned. The heart rate monitor is very accurate, the blaze has a nice look to it as well.

I used to have an Apple Watch but it didn't do very well tracking my steps (like if I was pushing a grocery cart or not moving the army my watch was on, it wouldn't count the steps) and the calories were always so off. I decided to try out the FitBit Blaze and love it! I love that I can track my sleep and see how much I'm getting and if I'm waking up at all during the night. (Only downside is that if I'm reading in bed, it thinks I'm sleeping because I'm not moving). The calories are more accurate because it monitors your heart rate more than the Apple Watch and the battery life is SO much better. Absolutely love it and the fact that I can change the bands to match my outfit - I normally wear the purple one though.

I replaced my Fitbit Surge with the Blaze soon after it was released and have not regretted the it. The overall performance and features of the Blaze meet my needs better than the Surge. I also like the appearance of the Blaze and the fact the band is replaceable and the optional replacement bands is another plus. The color display is much easier to read even in direct sunlight. The arrangement of data is easier to use. I usually get four to five days between battery charges compared to two days with the Surge. I did not use the GPS function on the Surge so not having full GPS on the Blaze was not important for me although the Blaze will link with a iPhone if needed. I have not used the Fitstar function yet so I can't comment on that feature. The Fitbit app is the same easy to use format. I have called Fitbit customer service and was very please to reach a real human being with answers to my question very quickly.

The new Fitbit Blaze is a much better alternative to most previous fitbit devices. I recently had the Fitbit Surge fall apart on me, and chose this as a replacement. I wish this had been out when I bought the Surge, I would have gotten this one instead. The screen is bright and readable, and having color is nice. It handles notifications from the phone much better than the Surge did. There is still a problem sometimes getting it to update via the app, but that's been true of every Fitbit device I've ever seen or used. Being able to change bands is nice, and I already purchased a desk charger that does not require me to take the sensor out of the band to charge. Step counter and heart rate sensor seem somewhat more accurate than previous models, but most trackers provide data that is best used for tracking activity changes over time, and not the exact number of steps you took.

Comfortable, love the band... The Bluetooth "Classic" settings are a tad confusing. The music player often tries loading or connecting unsuccessfully. And having to remove the unit for charging is inconvenient...But overall, love the Functionality, in a very clean package, along with the App Management (more efficient and cleaner than Samsung ecosystem in my opinion)...

I upgraded to the Blaze from a Charge HR because I wanted something a little more professional looking for work and the additional notifications such as messages and calendar events. While I can't respond to messages from the watch it's nice to glance at my wrist to read them instead of having to dig the phone out of my pocket. It's very comfortable to wear and the battery lasts 7days between charges, my Charge HR only made it 4 It has the option to switch the band for other materials like leather or stainless steel but I find that the cost of those bands ($99 - $129) would keep me from wanting to do so. It's not an Apple product so I'm not sure why they priced the accessories like Apple. :)

This is a great fitness watch that I think pairs very nicely with the iPhone 6s Plus. I can get app notifications, text messages and track all my fitness data. Only wish it were waterproof and that it came in a more petite size for my wife.

A friend at work has been on a very successful health overhaul and highly recommended the Fitbit Blaze. I couldn't agree more. The heart rate monitor seems to be very accurate, at least compared to the Bowflex Max Trainer and heart rate monitor headphones I compared against (within 1-2 BPM at every time checked). The hourly reminders (during a set period) to get at least 250 steps in is quite an eye opener, as my office job keeps me at my desk for hours on end. It was a bit ahocking to see how many times this proved useful already. The "challenges" and "achievements" appeal to my inner gamer and give you silly bits of extra motivation, perhaps to walk/run that extra mile to take the lead away from a friend. I couldn't be happier with this tracker on my path to being a more fit individual.
