Purchased this for my son at Christmas. He wears it religiously, but after about two months it stopped turning on. We went through all the steps on the internet that others having the same issue had tried, and no luck. In the end we had to pay to send it back to Fitbit for warranty repair. At this point I really don’t want a repair, just my money back so I can use it to get him a watch that actually works and lasts over three months. He honestly misses his pebble gen 1 watch that he previously wore for 3 years with no issues.

This new watch doesn't count steps accurately!!

Save your money!! This watch counts most of your hand movements as steps; it's very inaccurate! When I brushed my teeth, combed my hair and even when I used the restroom it would count those hand movements as steps. I went to Fitbit.com and noticed so many people complain about the same thing. Wearing it on the non dominant hand doesn't make a difference. I returned it and got my money back. I've also tried the Fitbit surge and it's the same problem. I'm currently trying the Samsung gear S2, which I noticed also has the same issue, but not as bad as Fitbit. Plus all the features it comes with are pretty awesome. For the extremely high price these watches cost, I cannot believe how inaccurate they are!!

I love loved the look of the device but unfortunately I couldn't get text and call notificatios on my gear s4 phone. Took it to best buy because I purchased the warranty and they couldn't get it to work. I was disappointed but had to return it for that reason only. Otherwise it was a very nice device.

The blaze is big on my wrist. I can't sleep with it on my wrist, it's uncomfortable and the green heart rate monitor is bright in the dark. I had a FitBit Charge for 2 years and loved it, and I wish I just got another one instead of the blaze.

While the watch is a great fitness watch and would be amazing to use, my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone IS NOT compatible with the device. After 2 hours of research and wondering why it wouldn't sync and I wouldn't get notifications, I finally found this out AFTER I purchased it. I just wish there would have been a list of compatible mobile devices clearly stated before hand. I was extremely excited to get this watch and to use it with all the amazing fitness features, but now I have to go through a returns process. I've been using fit bit since 2015 and now I have to find a different product. Frustrating experience. I'd only recommend this watch to a friend if they researched compatible devices before hand.

This device got very hot and buzzed all night. There are also lights under it that stay on all the time. It is too large for a smaller wrist. Might be OK for a man or woman with large wrist.

I thought I would switch over to Fitbit blaze from the Samsung Gear Fit2 because of the reviews. I will say - it stayed charged for 5 days with the initial charge. It had some other quirks - but didn't have a chance to be concerned about it because the band and my wrist did NOT like each other. Yes, I kept it clean. Yes, I took it off EVERY DAY. No, I didn't get it wet - if I did I dried it off (didn't like this feature either). But within a week i got a horrible rash. So much so I took it back and got a full refund. So frustrated. I never had this happen with me with Samsung, so I didn't think another plastic band would be that different.

I love Fitbit. I've had the Flex, Force and I still have the Charge HR. I thought I would certainly love the Blaze so I ran out to purchase it. A couple of things that ultimately led to me returning it: 1. The actual face can easily pop out and be lost. HUGE design flaw being that no one wants to lose a $200 fitness tracker. 2. It's resemblance to the Apple Watch makes it look like a cheap knock off. Unfortunately I did not keep it long enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the HR monitor. I chose to return to using my Charge HR for now.

The Fitbit-blaze was ok. Did not like my phone? I had a Samsung 6 galaxy phone, releasing that Fitbit works better on a apple phone?

I love the Fitbit but I don't like the blaze. It's annoying to charge and not worth the money. I switched back to the surge which I love when it's working properly.

I bought this watch after pressure from coworkers to join in fitness challenges, but I was way behind everyone even on my busiest days. I even went for a walk with my fiancee who has a smart watch, and his watch recorded 4 times the amount of steps my Blaze did. I called fitbit and this is due to my arm not swinging as I walk. I have a new baby, and I'm always either carrying her or pushing her in a stroller/cart. If it's not going to record steps while I'm doing that then forget it. It didn't work for me and my needs.

Love the watch except for Bluetooth connection

I love this watch but the blue tooth connection kept cutting out on my wireless earbuds. I even tried using other wireless earbuds but with same result. I then took it back to Best Buy and got a replacement but the music still would cut in and out when I ran. The only way I could keep the sound from cutting out was if I held my arm to my body. I was really disappointed because I otherwise love this watch. The Android Wear OS is awesome. Hoping the next Moto360 model gets this issue fixed so I can buy one.

I loved the Blaze for looks and features, unfortunately it was not accurate at all for counting my steps. I tried to change the stride length and also wear it on my dominant wrist. I contacted Fitbit and they were unable to help me. Nothing worked, so for the price of this product it was not worth keeping if it wasn't even close to accurate. I do have a friend that loves it and it is very accurate for her.

Not much improvement over the fitbit hr. Actually I think this one is less accurate then the hr. Step count is way low compared to the app on my phone, doesn't count steps it you have something in your hand and it didn't count half of the flights of stairs I took today. I got this one in hopes it was better than other trackers but it's not. When this one dies I will be getting a different tracker brand.

I gave the watch to my son as a Christmas gift. It looks really nice and loved all the features although it took a long time to setup and it would not pair. After about two weeks his wrist was ruby red. The watch seemed to have burned his skin and I had to return it. I looked in the Fitbit community and notice other people with the same reaction not sure if it was an allergy.

I waited for this watch to come out before I actually bought the Fitbit surge. Honestly i was disappointed because the product looked cheap to my liking. I does not have a gps either. I thought it will be better than the surge feature-wise but it's not. This watch comes between the charge HR and surge.

    Glitch Heart Rate

After owning the Surge for a year and a half before purchasing the Blaze, I was excited about the flashy display features and replaceable bands. However, that's where the excitement ended. The heart rate monitor was very glitchy and this was after numerous restarts and online searches for help. I kept it for less than a month before returning it and going back to the Surge.
