Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

After reviewing lots of fitness watches I finally decided to go for the fit bit charge 2 and I do not regret it at all. Size is perfect, is not too big or too small. This watch tracks your HEART RATE at all times, this is incredible if you are looking to improve your cardio resistance. The different modes: running, weights, spinning, walking, workout, cycling is a great feature that counts calories burned, heart rate peaks and total minutes or hours spent at each workout. The feature that I love the most if the sleep tracker. It analyzes your sleep every day by giving you a chart of your REM, light and deep sleep. At the end of the week the app will give you a complete analysis of your workouts, sleep, active days and you can input goals for each week. This is a watch for those who need the fitness analysis and not an extension of your phone. You'll get important notifications like messages (not WhatsApp messages) incoming calls and calendar events and that's all; you can't answer phone calls or messages. You can always enable or disable these features. This fitness tracker is all you need to help you improve your fitness level. The only disadvantage is not waterproof.

Same great Charge, but now with a bigger screen. The breathing exercises are nice, though I don't use it much and the fact that you can change out the band makes it a versatile accessory. Battery usually lasts about 2 days if you wear it all day and use the heart rate monitor.

Bought for my wife so she could track her steps, heart rate and sleep. It does a great job at steps, a good job on the heart rate (sometimes it seems to lose it here, but not often) and an OK job on sleep. With the latest software update it does better than before but some times it just doesn't keep the connection as she moves sleep position.

I bought this band, to replace another brand's version. This one works well, is easier to read, and holds a charge much longer.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this. Overall it lives up to the high marks, just a few minor annoyances that keep it from 5 star but it's really close. Pros: good band, like a watch no risk of falling off. Comfortable. Easy to read, can choose btw several options of what to display. Having a button is great; on my old Fitbit I'd have to constantly bang on it to get it to show something. Tracks steps, stairs, exercise, sleep, and HR very well. Decent looking. Battery life about 5days. Shows your alerts, who is calling, and reads your texts. Good price point! Got on sale for 129. Annoyances: display is off by default. Turn your wrist to have it light up for a few seconds (or push button but that requires 2hands). The 'turn wrist' feature only works half the time so you stand there like a dork twisting your wrist back and forth to no avail before giving up and pushing the button with your other hand. Also you cannot control how long it stays lit so after all that, it shuts off before you even read everything. Also the charging is flaky... a few times I plug it in and it says it's charging but it doesn't. If they fix these few items you have yourself a perfect product.

I love the Fitbit - it gives me everything I need from hear rate to steps to messages - its easy to use and pair with your phone...much better than an Apple watch. Only complain this has the lifespan of a banana - the wrist band broke - replaced it. Eventually it will stop working...

I am using this to track steps and sleep. It works very well. There can be a slight lag sometimes when I start walking and when the watch catches up, but generally I am amazed at how well it does. I use the app on my phone as well for tracking other aspects. I only take it off when I shower. Battery goes for 3-4 days without needing to recharge. I am very happy with the purchase.

I gave it to my dad for Christmas. He likes how it monitors his heart rate and counts steps etc. It’s light to wear on the wrist and is not cumbersome. The color dark blue looks nice and the band does not look cheap. Needs to charge every few days of continue wearing which is good. Wish it’s waterproof though.

I mainly bought this for the sleep tracking that it does, but have found I use it for more than that. It does keep a charge for a long while (almost a week) and the notifications are handy too. All in all, a very well priced smart watch.

    A Blaze without the bulk?

This is my first fitness-focused wearable, and after nearly a month of use, it still works very well with no issues. I was torn between this and the FitBit Blaze; I ultimately got the Charge 2 instead because it is cheaper, lighter, smaller, and (in my opinion) easier to use and more comfortable for sleep while still having all the Blaze's main features. The heart rate tracker works well, but it's most accurate while holding still and placed a few inches above the wrist. Compared to the Galaxy S7 phone and a previous breathing tracker I owned for a few months, the step counts are for the most part the same. Though the default rubber wrist band is comfortable enough, I do plan on getting both a leather band for work as well as a vented band for sport use. Battery life on average is about five days, but it takes only two hours for a full charge.

Just the right size for everyday wear and does a very good job of tracking steps taken, heart rate, sleep patterns and water intake. I'm sure it can do a lot more that I haven't figured out yet.

Love this thing. Tracks step, distance, and heart rate. Combined with the fitbit app you can get a ton of data on your health with minimal effort. Makes you aware of your activity each day. Easy to set up and long battery life too.
