Bought this as a gift for my wife. It has a great app/web setup to view all of your info. It is a slim, but stylish accessory. The biggest issue my wife has is she can’t swim with it. But other than that has been a great step counter and allows her to challenge her other friends, and keep her motivated.

He likes this when compared to the old model with a small screen. This has more visibility. He really likes the sleep tracking option and the hear beat functionality. But little concerned about the step count, it adds at least 100 steps in the night time when sleeping. This is a good motivation tool for staying healthy.

I really love how it tracks my sleep, steps, heartrate and time too. It has many other features but these are my favorite ones! The only downside is that the battery doesn't last as long as I'd hope for but I think it does last a long time.

I’m happy with the tracker. It has less features than the Microsoft band but it is more comfortable. Battery lasts long enough it isn’t constantly needing a charge. It’s main perk is that the brand is most popular so more people use the app to help motivate each other. The tap function and raise wrist to light display features don’t work too well. Glad I didn’t get aria as badly as the tap works. I wish there were more options for the default screen layout.

We love our HR2 Fitbit - but we have had many that have had their bands separated from the watch unit. I always buy the warranty on them, so the store/ company is good to replace them. I’m just tired of having to constantly change them out. The company needs to work on fixing that problem. We absolutely love the convenience and challenges the HR2 Fitbit offers - we are in our 70’s and we’re now walking 10,000 steps a day thanks to the motivating HR2 Fitbit.

This is my second Fitbit. I thought I wanted an iWatch, but after setting it up, I realized that what I wanted was a new Fitbit. It does everything I need it to do without all the other things an iWatch does. It helps keep me motivated to exercise, even telling me to get up and move. The app helps me keep track of calories, etc, which the iWatch could not do.

Does what you would expect it to do but does scratch easily so buy a screen protector for it. Unfortunately it's not waterproof. Heart rate sensor is accurate. Battery life is pretty good. Does not support notifications from multiple messaging apps without another 3rd party app on your phone. Overall pretty good.

Love my Charge 2 Fitbit tracker. It's great motivation to get my 10,000 steps in, reminders to keep moving, heart rate, tracks different modes of exercise (syncs to GPS on my phone), and relaxation mode. Would be perfect if it was water-proof!

Good at tracking steps, stairs, miles and calories. I really like the sleep tracker, the bpm, the exercise mode and the relaxation parts. Overall very satisfied, except for the fact that sometimes, it takes hours before sending the information to my iPad and the fact that it takes a long time to charge.

My first purchase of the Charge 2 had to be returned and exchanged for a second one. The first Charge 2 did not reliably receive phone notifications. Despite software updates and resets and even online technical support with Fitbit, my first purchase would not perform as intended. I opted to return and exchange through Best Buy vs Fitbit as it was faster and Best Buy made it easy to do so. The second Charge 2 performed flawlessly out of the box with a very easy set up and software update procedure. There was little else that needed to be done other than to follow the instructions on my (android) phone. I find it is pretty accurate recording my sleep cycles, steps, and heart rate. I also really like the notifications from texts and phone calls show up on device without always having to have my phone in my hand.

I love all the features of my Fitbit. It literally keeps me moving. If I am idle, it gives me a vibrate to get stepping-- I love it. I would continue to be idle a little longer if not for the nudges. Great, I am more active now than ever.

I like it for what it does: Reports my heart rate Shows my step activity Notifies me if I need to move more Notifies me if I met goals Shows the time Shows me some phone notifications. The phone notifications include SMS and calendar appointment reminders. You can choose these or turn that off. You can use the side button to scroll through screens or the movement of "looking at your tracker" will turn the display on (like you're looking at a watch). You can also tap it to turn on the display and cycle through the screens. The software app for Fitbit is used for more detailed analysis of data collected. This Fitbit gives you indications of how long you were in REM, light, or deep sleep or restless/awake. It gives me the features I want and I feel that it is a good value.

The Fitbit Charge 2 is easy to use. I owned a flex once and lost it because the band was not made secure enough. I like that the Charge 2 armband is made like a regular watch band and the band is made secure in two areas. The tracker is easy to use. I like the reminder notices it gives me, when I am inactive too long. I highly recommend this product.

This is by far the best fitness band that I have Purchased. Im very pleased with the design, features and battery life. The on screen notifications are a plus! I also love the fact that the bands are interchangeable. You cannot go wrong.
