This is my second Fitbit. I wanted to upgrade to the Charge 3. Out of the box got a firmware update that took about 30 min to complete. The apps creates a great integration with your smart phone by getting notifications and even reading a quick email. I have only had this for a week, but so far, very pleased.

I originally bought one last year on Black Friday but they were having major issues with their firmware - bad enough that I returned it. I decided to give it another shot as the screen on my Charge 2 broke and I was looking to be able to use something while I swim. they worked out the firmware kinks and this is exactly what I was looking for.

I never thought to ever get something like this but I’m so glad I did. This Fitbit has helped me understand what my normal is so I can become better from my steps per day to my calorie intake. It’s really helped me get a better look at my sleep patterns and show me how I can get more. All the other features are great too like reminding me to move and ways to exercise or relax.

Fun color and easy to set up and use. Does a great job of monitoring activity.

I have been a Fit Bit user for many years and went from the Charge 2 to the Charge 3. Although it is marketed as being water resistant to 50 m (i.e. good for swimming), it is not. Twice I had to return it because it started pulsing and then the screen went blank. With the most recent replacement from FitBit (December 2019), I made a point to not wear it swimming, but now I am having the same issue. When it works, I love the features, the app, and the ability to connect via the Facebook community but am frustrated by having to return it on a regular basis. My husband also bought one in May and has already had to send his back and wait for a replacement as well.

Easy to setup, use and maintain. Battery life is good, absolutely no issues.

This so simple to use. The battery lasts longer. What is not to love about it!
