I owned the first Charge HR model for almost 3 years and had to get a one because the blue tooth no longer works due bumping into things. This Charge HR3 has a touch screen and shows more features on the Fitbit. The first one doesn't shows all the features unless you look into the app on your phone. The look of the Fitbit have a classy look and the wrist bands are changeable.

I like the haptic button, gorilla glass, swipe/tap, the app. Don’t like “downgrades” from Charge 2: no single face (yet) with all 4 of date, time, steps, heart rate; no resting heart rate on tracker. All-day sync does NOT work (didn’t on Charge 2 either) with iPhone 6 despite trying all posted fixes on Fitbit community. Weather is useless - have to have app open AND in foreground on phone for it to sync - might as well open weather app on phone at that point. Must do same for tracker to pair with phone for GPS to track exercise. Many others on Fitbit community say they’re having the same issues. Especially bought for coming SpO2 use, but now find out the sensor will only be used for sleep problems (apnea) and not as its own metric on tracker. I am quite disappointed so far. Pains of any early buyer. It took time to discover and try to work through issues. Tried to return, but alas, was outside 2 week return window.

I recommend this Fitbit. It’s works excellent. Tracks my steps correctly.

I wear this device 24 hours a day, and switch it to my other wrist when wearing a dress watch. Works great so far, especially to monitor pulse rate during various exercise activities. Every few weeks, you might need to do a manual sync to update activity history after charging.

Bought as a gift and the person loves it. Easy to use, stylish, accurate.

Overall i love this new fitbit. It tracks everything i need out of a fitness tracker. My only complaint is that the step sensitivity is completely off. I can get 200 steps just driving my 40 min commute to work. Or i can get steps while sitting down just because I used my hand for an activity. This didn't happen with my last Fitbit
