The Charge 3 is a definite upgrade from the Charge 2. It goes longer without charging, better wake up alarm, vibration plus sound and it you get 6 of them. Nice workout recognition that does not require selecting activity...that is an option. Several other actions such as relaxed breathing cycle. An instruction manual would be a great addition.

I like my Fitbit 3. I wasn't sure that I'd enjoy wearing and using an activity tracker so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one that would soon be put away. I think this is a good "beginner" tracker. I did quite a bit of online comparing. I'm getting along fine but I wish that 1. I'd known that several features would require purchasing apps, not just downloading free ones; 2. that there had been more printed instructions about getting started in the box, though I found the manual online with no trouble; and 3. that I'd realized how much connecting to my iPhone is required, such as to check sleep report, though I'm getting along with that, too. I thought that there would be an easier way to remind me to get up and move around than for me to set an alarm for 20 minutes, the 10 minute before the hour automatic setting is rarely a convenient time to be told I need more steps. Beware: I thought I was a great sleeper, turns out not so : )

I love my Fit Bit! I am on my third one. What happens is it either stops working or the glass breaks.. But I still love it. My first Charge 3 stopped showing information on the screen, but it was still tracking me. Best Buy could not or would not help me . But I called Fit Bit and they sent me a new watch after troubleshooting with me.

Love the size and ease of use. Has a nice long charge.

We tried newer "smart" watches and the battery life and accuracy for actual fitness statistics were no comparison. If you want a real fitness tracker that also has some good features this is the watch. It's lightweight and holds a 5 day + charge. Having to charge another device daily was a deal breaker on more robust smart watches.

I have used a Fitbit since 2014. Started with waterproofed Flex, then Flex 2. Got the Charge because it is waterproof and has more features than the Flex 2. Really like the bpm and sleep feature. I bought one for my husband who needs to monitor his bpm. Also like the charger and the easy band change feature. I would recommend this product.

I love my Fitbit and became an evangelist for the product after one day. I bought it primarily to track my sleep (it’s the first thing I check when I wake up!), but came to use it for everything else. App is excellent, easy to use, and the data is well depicted and explained. I bought one for my wife and might buy one for my mom as well.

The watch is working well. It does a nice job at step calculating, it is very accurate when paired with your phone for miles, walked, jogged, or biked. It does not count steps while i drive, I noticed that complaint with older models. The fit bit app is easy to navigate. Heart rate monitor works really well and is my favorite feature.

Fitbit - Charge 3 functioned well with my smart phone till the band broke about 2 months into use, a replacement is around $35 and not covered by warranty. Other than that it's great, battery life and charging is good however the added cost of replacement bands is a deal breaker!

This device is definitely an upgrade from the Garman. As for execution it falls short in some areas. The default step counter seems to be inflated compared to the Garmin (however, accuracy can be increased by setting stride and during workouts appears right). The Bluetooth syncing is quirky. You sometimes have reset app and restart the device to connect again. This is not just myself, the forum for the device also shows other threads with the complaints. However, it has the potential to be a great device for sleep tracking and heart rate. The heart rate tracking has been very good so far. Has good resting hearth rate monitoring and overall health calculation. There is also a sensor that they claim will be activated at some point to monitor oxygen levels when sleeping. Exercise tracking is superior to Garmin. Easy to activate right on the watch. If you forget, it auto tracks based on movements, including running, elliptical. This could or will be five star, but first they need to fix the basic quirks with the app.

Love the Fitbit. I love how it tracks my sleep and steps.

I had a charge HR and was kind of happy but was not satisfied with the heart monitors lag time when interval training. I called Fitbit customer service to ask if the monitor was updated on the 3 and was assured it was. I’m very happy with the 3 so much better heart monitor and very easy to use plus the battery life is very impressive.

I was looking for something small and at the same time stylish and efficient. This has all! The way it works its so simple and easy going. The battery life really lasts up to 7 days, which I thought it was great! You can exchange the bands to whatever style it suits you! And readings are accurate! I really love it!

The battery life is really a plus. I thought I wasn't doing as much (that's always a possibility) but I walk a lot in the course of my day. When I thought it was time to charge it, I was good to go for a few more days. A swipe goes a long way to provide information and the alarm get the job done.

I needed to replace my husbands fitbit - it had worked like a champ for the longest time - at some point the display went haywire - still recorded onto his APP but he occasionally wanted to look at the time! So he requested a replacement - I picked this up on sale at Best Buy and he couldn't be happier

Fitbit paired well with my phone (Pixel 3XL) and the app was easy to install / configure. I did like some of the features that come with the standard app but I was not aware of the required subscription to unlock the advanced app features. Not the fault of the product, simply did not do enough research before purchasing. I found the display to be a bit hard to read for the price you pay. I actually had a better display on a knock-off type activity tracker. If their app had been better, I wouldn't have had any reason to try this one. So, all in all, it's a good tracker and the app is very user friendly but it didn't work out for me. I sold mine on eBay just a few days after my return window closed.

I really like my new fit bit charge. It was easy to link to the app on my phone. Not quite a month after purchase the screen stopped working. After looking online, this issue has been ongoing since release with no fix available. I had to do a hard reset. It has been working fine since.
