I really like this fitness tracker in spite of my initial reluctance to use one. It tracks heart rate well enough for me to use as a guide for when hear rate is too high. Step counter integrates well with the fitness app I have to use for work.

I had the Charge 2 and love it so I upgraded to this one. It worked the first few months but started to glitch and wouldn't sync. I switched back to my old Fitbit which still works perfectly!

Best activity fitness tracker with a few smartphone notifications. I enjoy the battery life of 5-6 days and usage as a fitness tracker being so durable. I don't worry about cracking or scratching it like an apple watch.

The Charge 3 is a good device. As someone new to Fitbit, I will say that navigating through the menu options and features on the device was a bit confusing at first, until I realized the power/screen on button is also the back button! Switching between the two wrist straps provided was actually super easy and fun to do. I will say I wish the Android version of the app was designed better, it looks crowded. I'm not a fan of their constant ads in-app to try the Premium plan ($10/month). Otherwise a happy user. Battery life has lasted me 7 to 7.5 days easily.

Does what it's supposed to do and does it well! Accurate steps and floors. Sleep tracking seems reasonably accurate as well. Battery lasts 5 to 7 days between charges. Good reminders to get moving and good motivation to reach goals. Excellent, easy to use/read App.

I bought this for my wife who wanted to track her activities and heart rate. The Charge 3 seemed the perfect choice - and she loves it! The Fitbit iOS app is fairly comprehensive and offers features like diet and activity. The overall user experience seemed a little confusing and I found out she doesn’t use al, the features because of the convoluted interface. She found it frustrating. I thought I could fix it by pairing it with the Apple Health app. Guess what! You cannot pair a Fitbit with the Health app. If you want to do this you need to purchase a third-party solution. Not wanting another layer to her daily routine; she opted to leave things as they are. She loves it but Health app integration would earn it 5 stars.

I truely like fitbits products. They are easy to use, set up and see how much you have walked etc. I bought one for my mom and she loves it. She can use it on her wrist with ease, seeing all the categories and then syncing it with her phone she can do

I got one from a friend and returned this for a Apple Watch series 5 and been happy. I still use this for sleep tracking as the Apple Watch doesn’t do that. I do like the app as the community with friends is fun.

When i did the review of this product I thought there would be more choices in exercise selection. This is why I purchased the Charge 3. The only exercises I have to chose from are run, bike, treadmill, weights, walk, and swim . Not sure how this works in for a cardio workout and yoga; not sure which selection I am to chose. Then I can never get the timer to stop! Not a friendly to use devise. Also on my previous Fitbit, if I was out walking or working out in the yard, or something; the Fitbit recognized my activity as a workout and recorded it. I went for a walk several times in the neighborhood thinking ok I completed a workout day. Not because I didn't tell Charge 3 to record that I was out for a walk. Not to happy with this Fitbit.

I just needed a basic step tracker and it works perfectly for that. It has the extra features that are cool. No smart watch features so if that's something you're looking for you've got the wrong watch. The battery lasts a long time.

The FITBIT Charge 3 has worked beautifully and does everything I need. Tracks my steps, sleep, exercise, etc and connects seamlessly with my LoseIt! app. I had only one glitch with syncing that was easily resolved. I've recommended it to friends already.

Fitbit advertises a 7 day battery life, and they delivered. The watch doesn't have a lot of features but is still well worth it for the sleep and heart-rate tracking. Gave up my "big name" watch for this and am glad that I did.

The FitBit watch has helped me monitor my sleeping habits and my daily exercises. Downloading the free Sleeping App is amazing. A full charge lasts about 2 to 3 weeks. Even then, it will let you know when it needs to be plugged in.

I think this is one of the better options when getting into fitbits. It last 6 to 7 days so you don't have to concern yourself with constantly charging it and it's a decent size screen, small enough so it's not too flashy but big enough to see the information.

Purchased the charge 3 in November 2018 and it performed as advertised for 8 months then quit. Fitbit customer service was outstanding. I received an immediate response to the problem with the Charge 3. They provided well written procedures to follow to fix the problem. The procedures progressed from simple to more complex as the Charge 3 would not reset. Fitbit service responded quickly no matter the time of day and week. Once it was decided my Charge 3 was not repairable, I was asked to provide when and where the Charge 3 was purchased and a mailing address. A replacement Charge 3 was sent express delivery without charge. It was simple to set up the new Charge 3 and it is running as advertised. Obtaining my warranty information was super easy as reviewing my account at Best Buy. It did not require trying to find my purchase receipt.

I use my Fitbit to track steps of course and motivate me to keep moving, however, I love the sleep tracker. It is amazing to sleep and how you feel the next day. Love the timer, reminder and pop-ups of text. Much more discreet than looking at your phone.
