I had the Charge 3 and thought it was time for an upgrade. The 5 is so much better - easy to read screens, smooth rounded edges of watch face. So glad I bought this!

Much improved over Charge 3 and Charge 4. Display is top notch for this class. Band isn’t exactly comfortable (stock band feels cheap and has no ventilation holes and buckle is just awful). Count on replacing it.

Upgraded from a Charge 3. This is nice and comfortable with no hard edges. Color screen is very readable in all light levels.

I have had a smart watch for a few years now but never really using all features. The fitbit has all the health tracking features i want and just enough smart features like text messaging and such. Really love the size and battery life, comfortable enough that i can sleep in it to track my sleep.

I really enjoy all fitbit products, this one particular is good for personalization. I love the app too. The watch allows water lock feature, you can add credit card for easy purchases (similar to applepay), you can adjust the brightness on the display, start workouts directly from the watch. I like that you can adjust the straps, change them, so easy to clean.

The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because some Charge 5 models come with a defective battery that lasts less than day when it’s supposed to last 5-7 days. Fortunately, you can always exchange within the return window at Best Buy. Bit of a hassle and easy to spot if it dies quickly, but worth it for sure. I’ve been with Fitbit for a decade now and each iteration of products gets better with time. I’ve also had the Apple Watch SE and Samsung Watch4 and it when it comes to tracking measurements Fitbit still beats both. With Apple Watch, the calorie count was always off, I work 10 hour shifts moving all over the place and my circles with would never close. With Watch4, recording workouts were perfect like just Fitbit’s system but sleep measurement was always off (and good luck sleeping with your Apple Watch’s tiny battery life.). I’ve also had the Versa 3 last year but it’s just to bulky for my wrist. If you’re looking for a sleek powerful but small watch to do everything you need, the Charge series never disappoints; except that battery part I mentioned.

Still a good prodcut.... but the touch screen is not performed well..... there is corner case error when counting the last 15 mins of steps(counting steps for 11;45pm to 12:00 am).....
