Not great for the gym

I've now owned this for a couple months. It does everything I want BUT there is an inherent weakness in the band bracket on the top of the unit. It flies off my wrist when at the gym which is not helpful when you're tracking heart rate. It happens frequently enough that it's disappointing. If you go to the gym, you might want to consider a smart watch style.

Very pleased with my purchase. Love all the things it can go compared to my previous watch. I bought one for my wife based on my experience with it. Based on the sale price this was an extremely great value.

Battery life is great! I didn't need all the features of a regular smart watch, so when I switched to Pixel I picked this up. Syncs well and am able to wear it to sleep. 3 weeks in and the batter has lasted well over 7 days each charge. After reading up, I do take it off for the shower.

Overall a significant upgrade from the 5. They fixed the previous issues. The overall functionality of the watch is perfect for those who are into fitness as well as just tracking their HR, sleep time and oxygen level. It has a lot of extra functions for the higher level athletes to use. It functions well for reading texts and incoming calls. Responses are limited but that's not what this watch is for.

Love the charge 6 little bigger than Inspire but love all the bells and whistles not available on the inspire. Bought a leather band, it is much more comfortable than the silicone one.

I’ve been a huge fan of the Fitbits for many years now this being the third one that I’ve owned starting with the charge 2. I’ve always been a big fan of the long battery life and the minimalistic style they bring over other similar types of watches. However, this one has been absolutely the biggest disappointment of all three that I’ve owned. I don’t know what Google is doing with the software, but it is absolute garbage. While it’s still tracks all my health metrics like I like the connectivity with an iPhone 16 is unbelievably bad. It constantly loses its Bluetooth connection, and even when it doesn’t lose the Bluetooth connection it just loses the connection to the app. Literally every single night it loses its connection and then often times it does it during the day for no apparent reason. I have at least five or six times completely reset the watch and the app itself and the problem returns. I never once regretted purchasing either two previous Fitbits but this one I wish that I could return badly. It makes no sense that the most modern version of the charge watch they make is the worst one yet. So if you have no issues with it, losing connectivity constantly, don’t care about getting any notifications because obviously you won’t when it’s not connected, then you’ll probably like it. But considering how basic it is to begin with in the minimal functions, I use with it. This is pretty disappointing.
Hey there, Jeff. Sorry to hear the Charge 6 may not have been the best fit for you. We’d like to investigate these connection issues and get your device running smoothly — when you have a moment, talk to us here: https://support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp?hl=en

I had the Inspire which was hard to read in the sunlight. The charge 6 has so many features, easy to read and numerous clock faces to switch around. No problems or issues.

My new Fitbit replaces one I had years ago. This purchase meets & exceeds my expectations as I begin to focus on my health and physical well-being. The design looks current and unobtrusive & the screen info is easy to see and read.
The tracking options meet all my needs -- especially the sleep tracking. Haven't upgraded to their Premium service because all I need is available.

I was looking to buy a fitness band that is value for money with all features that a fitness tracker should have. This is the best fitness tracker you can get under 150.

I've been using the Fitbit Charge 6 for a few weeks and I'm impressed with its comprehensive fitness tracking, Google integration, and excellent battery life. It offers 40 exercise modes, ECG, EDA stress sensor, and skin temperature tracking, making it a robust health monitor. However, I've experienced some GPS connectivity issues and heart rate accuracy can be affected by the strap fit. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Charge 6 provides great value for its price and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a reliable fitness tracker.

This is my 4th fitbit Charge and the best yet. Love the tracker as I ride my bike it keeps up with time, distance and heart rate. Also I love the sleep tracker. This is the most useful aspect of this watch for me to see how well I sleep!

my older fitbit was falling apart- literally. The flimsy attachment system for the bands got compromised early on and I ended up super gluing the band to the actual fitbit part. My spouse had the same issues. Once I super glued my band to the housing, there was no way I could change the band, and then it broke a couple more times, more glue, then it became 'unglueable' lol, so when these new ones went on sale after Thanksgiving I went and got one, since I was used to the app and the way it worked in general. I am praying that these have an improved band attachment system, but the band came off pretty easy as I had to put on the longer band that comes with the watch. I'm just being very careful when I put it on and take it off. I do like the new charger which works through a magnet, much easier to do. I never had any electronic problems, only with the flimsy band attachment system. The Charge 6 display is a little flashier as well, but not as customizable that I can tell so far. Only time will tell, thus my lower ratings.

I love the Fitbit Fitness trackers, and the Charge line is my favorite. I don’t need a smart watch, and the Charge is exceptional for a Fitness tracker itself. Plus the Fitbit app can’t be beat!
