Worked right out of the package. Quickly charges my watch.

Exactly the same as the original except there is No reset button.

This product was what I needed and when i needed it.

Same problem with previous Fitbit charge cables as one pin shrinks into case and no longer contacts watch. one would think fitbit could remedy this as there are lots of posts about problem

I was greeted by a very nice lady and since I wasn’t sure where to look for my item, she got a young man to assist me and they let me open the box, at Customer service it was what I needed went to checkout and was able to charge my Fitbit. Very good experience.

I had left my Fit Bit charging cable at home. When I realized it, I found a replacement at Best Buy that was reasonable and easily available. I will now have a cable in my travel bag and will have ne issue on my vacation trips.

Pretty basic, but works as designed. The cord could be a bit longer as it is pretty short, so tough if a charger is in a hidden spot or bedside like mine. I do sometimes have some issues getting it to register or click and start charging, but 9/10 it clicks in easy.

Got this as an extra charger for my Fitbit Charge 4, as chargers for other previous models do not work with the 4. This charger operates like all of the others. It is easy to link and charges quickly.

I lost my original charger. No idea where it is!! Ordered a replacement online and picked it up that day. Was delivered straight to my vehicle. Works great. Keep it in a safe place! LOL

I had purchased a fit bit a few days prior to purchase. The charger that was provided with the fit bit would not charge the unit. The new one works but I was not happy that I had to spend another $20 to get a charger that operated as it should.

Need a backup charger. The product tends to weaken or break over time where it grasps the watch.

Would be nice to have a universal charging cord. I have had Charge fitbit 1, 2, 3, and 4 and each time I have had to purchase a new spare charge cord when the old one was still good.
