great way to keep track of my daily exercise

I use a CPAP machine and it keeps track nof hours slept but not actual sleep only time you used your cpap machine

Band is cheap

The plastic on the face of the band is bubbling and has come unglued. Either I am using it wrong or the thing is just poorly made.
