I got it because I have sleep apnea and liked the fact that it can monitor your sleep patterns as well as your exercise. Works very well, just wished it were a little more attractive. I am a female.

The food tracker on the app could be a bit better and it doesn't work very well on the treadmill. I wish s health would let it sync to it, but that problem is on samsung's side.

Wrist band can be a problem

I returned the charge and bought the HR instead which has a wrist band with a buckle and therefore safer for the kids. We love the HR (see other reviews).

Very easy to use for beginners

It provides step by step guidance on how to set the device up. Excellent customer service after my wife's Charge stopped holding a charge. No questions asked delivery of a new one after suggested fixes didn't work. Really like all the options for tracking different fitness activities.
