Do not buy!!

If I could give this unit 0 Stars I would. The features were great but the quality is AWFUL. It started falling apart around 5 months and I followed all the directions, took it off in harsh environments and water etc. I contacted customer service and they replaced it but the replacement also fell apart after 5-6 months. When I reached out to them again explaining what happened they basically told me I was outside the warranty and offered a 25% off coupon. Even with the coupon I don't have that kind of money to replace a fitbit every 12 months. Unless you're looking for an overpriced disposable fitness tracker, I would suggest buying something else.

Have had the wristband pop off twice now. Was able to find it at movie theater once. This time not sure where it was lost! Taking jacket off!! Really disappointing. Love the concept and wearing it but am not happy to have to replace it. Not sure if I will!

I really enjoyed the charge but I have gone through 2 Charge's in 14 months. The quality of this product just isn't there for long term use. I had the rubber separate from the hard plastic on both Charge's and the 2nd one no longer works at all.
When paying over $100 for something i expect it to last longer than 6 months.

Battery & special Charging cord issue

The fatal flaw in this product is the battery and a very unique charging cord. From my resent experience the battery died on my fitbit & forced trash it. Purchased a new Fitbit Charge only to misplace the charging cord. Cost you an additional $20 plus shipping to get a new cord. ... buyer beware !

Who designs an activity wrist band that comes loose easily when you are active? they should change the name to Fitbit Lose It. Cause that's what you're gonna do.

Very bad battery life. I am on my 4th one. Fitbit will not refund my money but will keep replacing them up to 1 year. My latest one is 5 weeks old and the battery only lasts about 36 hours.
