Great way to get more motivated to go a little farther then usual. The tracking of sleep and calories burned are very helpful. Love challenges, both personal and friends is fun. Alarm works great and it's nice to have caller id on wrist. Cannot say enough about this product. Love it.

I have been using a FitBit One for several years and recently purchased a FitBit Charge. I do a lot of walking and the Charge keeps track of my steps and distance. I like that you wear it on your wrist so it is easy to check your progress. The Android app is easy to use and sync data. Since you can sync more than one tracker on each account, I use a Fitbit One for work and a Charge all other times. Overall, I have really enjoyed every FitBit product I have used and would recommend it for anyone who is keeping track of their activities.

I have been a fitbit one owner for two years. I have definitely enjoyed knowing my steps, stairs, active minutes and calories burned as well as sleep tracking (When I remembered to push the button, though it was easy to go on the web page and add the sleep hours at a later time....) but THIS is so much better. I love the style. I was wearing my one in a little arm pouch. This makes me feel "neat" (Meaning organized or not so messy looking, haha) I like the style. It took me a day to get used to the feel of something like this. I love the app over any other app I have used. It tracks EVERYTHING. I can see how many calories are left for me to eat (thus keeps me in line when I am about to eat poorly.."WHat?? NO way!" and it tracks my sleep without me needing to push the button. VERY convenient. Any constructive criticism: I don't always get 'credit' for going up a flight of stairs. (sometimes I run , sometimes I walk) I am definitely going up 10 feet....it just doesn't always work. More often than not it does. I'd rather have to work harder then get 'cheat' flights, SO I am good. VERY happy with my purchase. In fact, I am thinking the Heart Rate is something I will get eventually. I AM HOOKED on fitbit!

Well, I almost bought an apple watch, but then decided I didn't want to wear the watch every day, as I have multiple watches that I like wearing. I decided on the fitbit because i could keep it on all the time. I love the thing. It is a terrific motivator to keep yourself doing things during the day set on the goals you programmed in. The only complaint I have is that the plastic piece that shows you the info on the band scratches very easily. I have had my fitbit for maybe six weeks now, and the window is all scratched up. shame they couldn't use gorilla glass on it. The software is very good, tracking your sleep habits as well as your food intake if you want to keep track. The only problem with the software is the wise people at fitbit thought it would be a great idea to make the software NOT work with the apple health app. there is another app you can get to sync the info, but really? battery life is acceptable. This seems to be the best non watch tracker in my opinion

This is a wonderful tool for motivating me...I try hearer each day to beat the day before. The alarm app is great I use it all the time. ..calorie guide gels me know when to stop eating. ..the sales associate was helpful in explaining is features. I chose to purchase it at best buy because I could buy the extended warranty... that covers damage.

The only thing I don't like about the Fitbit Charge is sometimes the band is not secure and it has fallen off a few times -- although maybe it's me not making sure it is latched good. Otherwise the band is perfect and works well for my needs (mainly tracking steps and sleep hours)

I purchased this product to replace my fitbit flex. I really like the display. My favorite feature that I wasn't looking for by appreciate is the caller ID alert. I have to remove it from my wrist every so often as when there is a bit of water exposure it causes a mild rash.

I went with the FitBit Charge because I wanted an accurate counter that didn't break the bank. My decision was between the Charge and Garmin's VivoSmart. Ultimately I chose the FitBit because of the app. FitBit's app is much better than Garmin's, and a user friendly app was a must for me. The Good: The Charge is sleek and fits securely. The date/time feature is nice, and I like that it has Caller ID! It seems as accurate as any other wrist step counters, and the FitBit app is great! It is a good value for the money. The Bad: The simplest way to view your step count is supposed to be through tapping the FitBit. I find that at times I have to "tap" really hard, or several times to get it to show my steps. This is frustrating. Overall this is a simple and great device. If I was going to purchase it again, I would probably upgrade to the Charge HR. Heart rate monitoring plus a better strap would have been worth the extra money.

Love my Fitbit Charge! An accurate activity tracker to monitor my goals. Easy to use so I can stay on track logging in food consumed. I originally owned the first version...like the charge better. Band is more durable and easier to recharge the battery.

Got this unit from my local Best Buy and had the slate grey one at first. Every 30-40 hours the battery would go dead so I went back to the store and they changed it out with the black one as they were out of the slate grey. This one looks alot better imho. Now I'm getting 5 to 6 days of battery life. I know fitbit says 7-10 but I don't see how. I have the phone call alerts turned off and the auto sync off as well and my best is 6 days. Maybe if your not a very active person and only step 4000-6000 steps a day but I'm over 10,000 a day. None the less for the money it's nice. I only wished it was totally water proof. You can wash it and dry it off but if it's submerged for any real amount of time it's game over.

So easy to use! Being a guy who loves watches, i like that the FItbit can be used on either wrist allowing me not to have to chose between my watch collection or fitbit. The sleep monitoring feature is awesome! Also the silent alarm is great for waking up. Battery life is pretty good. Overall havent had any problems.

I upgraded from a Flex to a Charge and can tell you, if you are a first time buyer, spend the extra dollars and get the Charge. The time display function is worth it alone but when I paired it with my IPhone, the caller ID function is really nice to have! I also like being able to see my steps on the display instead of having to open the app on my phone. If you have been on the fence, go ahead and bite the bullet, it's totally worth every penny.

For those of us interested in walking for fitness, it is not always practical to carry your phone to utilize one of the many smartphone fitness apps. What to do? Fitbit Charge! Now there is a convenient way to capture your every step without having to carry your smartphone. The built-in Bluetooth feature allows your Fitbit tracker to communicate with the Fitbit smartphone app when you are in nearby proximity. But how do I know how many steps you've taken if you do not have you access to your smartphone? No worries. The Fitbit Charge features a built-in LCD panel which can display: time, date, steps, mileage, calories burned and stairs climbed. As I've said, "everything you need, nothing you don't!" Want convenience/accuracy without the hassle of carrying your smartphone? Get a Fitbit Charge!

Love my Fitbit, use it everyday. Really helps me keep track of my steps, helps me get up and move when I notice I didn't do as well one day. It's a great motivation tool. And the sleep tracker is a bonus. I used to have the flex, but I love my charge so much more. It's worth the extra few bucks.

Got this as a present for my wife after her Jawbone Up broke after 3 months. So far she is loving the Fitbit. It keeps her motivated throughout the day to get up and move. The sleep tracker is a cool gee wiz but I'm not sure how helpful it is. So far it has been holding up far better than the Up did. The Up began giving problems 2 months into owning it and didn't last much longer. We were able to get it to work off and on for 6 months but days would pass with no tracking data and she wouldn't know until she plugged it in to charge/sync it. The fitbit is already past that 2 month mark and is still working like brand new. The only feature that she misses from the Up is the vibration during long periods of inactivity to remind her to get up and move. The fact that this has a time and step display far makes up for the loss of that little feature.

I love my FitBit. It has CallerID, will tell you how many staircases you have climbed during the day, the number of steps and miles you've gone, etc. You can also log what you've had to eat and drink, there is an alarm setting that will make your FitBit vibrate on your wrist, and its waterproof.

I bought this Fitbit for a Christmas gift for my husband, He definitely love it! He find out about his sleeping habits, something that is very important for personal health. He can see how long he sleeps, if he is restless and how long he was this way. He can see his calories burned during the day, the steps he walks. He is very happy because this tracker is smart, with in 20 feet of distance, the Fitbit downloads to his computer and he can see different charts, that help him to track what he does during the day. I find out that he try to walk more for healthy issues.
