Enjoy it but the fit on wrist is uncomfortable

This watch has been a great help in accountability with sticking to an exercise regimen. My goal is to walk/job 10,000 steps per day and taking a glance at the watch reminds me to pick up the pace. I'll even step into the office restroom and job in place for about 30 seconds to a minute and it helps me meet my goals. However, the fit is not good at all. It works, that's good, but it's kind of embarrassing to wear (if you have a small wrist). But since I'm using it for health reasons and not as a fashion statement, I'd definitely recommend this product. It's easy to read, and you can adjust the display. The app is so easy to download and understand. Oh and you also get weekly reports on your progress. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly because of the fit. It is a little uncomfortable and looks weird.

I originally got the grey / slate color and decided that I wanted black instead and the tracker sync wasn't that great with the computer but worked really well with the iphone app that is free which was a bonus. Then i used it to keep track of sleep, water literally everything. I coudnt get the usb dongle thing to ever work with my device but the charger cable charged it really fast. only down side is that the steps could be off because i figured out if you wear the watch on either wrist (non-dominant or dominant) when you swing ur arms it counts that as a step which makes the count a little off. Overall great tracker.

My point to all of these they get you moving more. I purchased the FitBit Charge as I had a FitBit I put in my pocket years back and it was good. I think everyone should wear one and set a goal and hit that goal daily. I know I do and it makes feel okay if I have a few beers with dinner I know I hit the goal I was aiming for. For the product itself: It is perfect. Barley know it's there, light and does not look bad. It is pretty darn accurate. The one time I think it is a little off is at the grocery store. As I am walking and pushing the cart it seems to not grab all the steps. Might just be in my mind. So simple. Put it on and go. Apps work with all phones - a Windows phone like mine :) Charges fully in about 10 minutes and lasts over a week Plug in the dongle to your laptop or PC and you are set. All the software you use is web based so you can access your information anytime or by looking at the device itself.

I would recommend this to anyone. It is really easy to use and the app is self explanatory. I love the sleep log and that I can track my exercise. The battery lasts a long time. My friends and I have been doing the challenges and it gets me moving.

The Fitbit charge has been my constant companion! It does a fine job of estimating steps and calorie burning. I am particularly fond of the caller ID function linked with my mobile phone!

I bought my Fitbit Charge after about 2-3 hours of watching reviews on YouTube and reading them here. I went for the Charge because I didn't want to have to wear a watch and a tracker. I'm not so concerned with my heart rate when I'm sitting at my desk or working out, so I didn't see the value in the additional cost. The Charge is great for daily step counts, sleep tracking, and calorie/food tracking all in one great app. Also, the display on the device helps you keep track of steps, flights of stairs, calories burned, etc. Plus when you wear it at night you can evaluate your sleep quality and I really prefer waking up to the vibrating band as opposed to all of my annoying alarm tone options. I would buy this again and again.

Great replacement for my Fitbit Force

I've had my new Fitbit Charge for a little over a month, and thus far have been very happy with its performance. I purchased the Charge to replace my Fitbit Force (which was recalled last year), and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. Its readings seem to be very accurate (even more so than my Force), and it automatically tracks my sleep cycles, which is a nice step up from the Force. I also appreciate the phone call notification function, especially because if my phone is on silent and someone calls me, my Charge "buzzes" once to let me know that I have an incoming call. Very helpful!

This tracker works great. It's accurate and has a bright display. It allows you to set up silent alarms as frequently as you would like. I set mine to go off every two hours during the day to remind me to get up and walk around the office and drink water. I've lost about 10 lbs since I got this. I've also been eating better and drinking less but I've definitely been more active because of the Fitbit. You earn badges when you reach certain milestones and you can add friends to the app and compete with them. It definitely motivates you to keep moving.

I bought the Fitbit to help track my progress with my fitness group. I can not imagine my life without it now. It wakes me up without disturbing my hubby and it keeps my motivated to do more. It tracks sleep so you can get an idea of how well your sleep habits are and it lets you know when you've reached set goals. I really like that I can see who's calling (if my phone is close by) without reaching for my phone. The best feature is the link to my fitness pal and the weekly progress reports. Great buy

Being on a serious weight loss program, I was correct in concluding a Fitbit would make a great Christmas present for my wife. She loves it, but simply looking at the "large" size, and attempting to decided between it and a "small" one proved worrisome. So I returned it for the small, which has now turned out to be TOO small. It's made of material that, when sweating (and people losing weight exercise and want to know how many steps they're taking--the purpose of having it,) it has caused a reaction to my wife's skin and it's irritating. We'd let all of this go except the process of returning it (especially after Christmas) was enough to test anyone's patience. You didn't have near enough help, and each transaction was time consuming. After we finally returned the product, we then had to get the replacement. No problem. There was only one person in the checkout ahead of us. We had our payment ready and were anxious to pay and leave. This is where your business model falls apart and darn near cost you a sale. Why do you let the cashier stop what he or she is doing to go through a sales pitch for warranty options to a customer who has already made a selection and is in line trying to pay and get out of your store? If it were a simply "yes" or "no" procedure, that's one thing. The people ahead of us were purchasing a large screen TV and your "cashier's" sales pitch went on for ten minutes. And this was the ONLY cashier at the checkout. We could have gotten back in line at Customer Service, but that line was halfway across the floor with people returning merchandise. Want to sell warranties? Have someone on the floor sell them to a customer after they've made their selection--not the cashier in the checkout line, especially the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. I almost put the Fitbit down and went across the street to Target (where the price was better, but your honored their advertised price) and made my purchase there.

I love how it links to your phone so when you are receiving a phone call, your Fitbit vibrates! never a missed called! The one thing I did not like so much is that I am constantly walking briskly at work, Well I had to change the settings to "dominant hand" even though it was not my dominant hand because it tracked my every move and I wasn't always walking at the time. Great battery life, love the way it tracks your sleep.

I made this choice because of the fact that I could also track ongoing and outgoing calories online, along with the fact that external exercises could be added via the computer. My only complaint is that it counts steps as I play the piano! Not too happy about that. The only other concern I have is that I had to put black tape over the clasp as it kept Dali g off, and at 150.00, u didn't want to loose it.

It was easy to set up, easy to use. I wear it all the time except for charging and if it will be submerged, I don't get it wet but it has been thru a lot of sweat! Seems pretty accurate. I've had no problems with it. I do not wear it tight, I wear it loose. I wish it was thinner and a little more stylish but I understand they have hired a new designer so there may be some decent designs in the future

Fairly easy to set up on laptop. Lots of help articles on website both for setting up and how to do, track, use etc. Can get a bit sweaty under wrist band if worn too long so I tend to change wrists night and day. Displays are easy to read. Targets easy to set and being able to read progress encourages you to keep to plan. Makes calorie counting very easy with built in activities but these can be added to with your own information. Battery charge lasts longer than stated in information.

This product is great for counting steps, cals burned, flights of stairs walked. It evem tells you good job when you reach your daily walking goal. Another cool feature is the sleep tracking. It tells you how long you slept, as well as how many times you are restless. Dowm side..can't switch out the band at all
