Not sure about my new Fitbit flex 2

I bought this as a replacement and it doesn’t seem to work quite as well. It doesn’t seem to count as well and it doesn’t hold a charge as long as my old one. It starts to show a count of say 2600 and then will wind up with a count of 2400.
